I always check in on line BECAUSE I thought they wanted me too!!!! Here lately IT DOES NOT MATTER!!! They make you wait because someone checked in before you!!! So they say? Why bother then!!! Then you pay a higher price for a higher llevel bed and then place you in a lower level bed for the higher price ? Tonight I was told I had a bed (which was highest level) which I pay ALOT to use MONTHLY and then after being told I was next it was actually taken AWAY and then I was told that I could wait 20 more mins !!! Or take a lower level bed!!! Boy did they cash in TONIGHT FROM ME!!! This has happened to me several times but never like this !? I was given a room and was actually walking into it and then having it taken away!!! I am so confused and ANGRY!!!! I have been a client that has been there from the start in Ft Wayne and it seems no one seems to care!!! No loyalty No Respect!!! I do feel that people using regular beds take priority over spray tans. I haye having to wait for a booth to be cleaned while the attendant keeps assisting other customers. I was there first and checked in on line prior to arrival. Please don't make spray tan people wait while you severice 4 other patrons that are using regular beds.

I went in wanting 1 spray tan for an upcoming event. The girls working had no clue how much 1…read moresession would cost but eventually told me it was $30 and that signing up for a membership with the current deal they had going on would be cheaper and that I could cancel whenever I wanted. The spray tan looked awful. This was not my first spray tan but the first 1 I had at this salon. I went in today to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel until after my first billing cycle. I was never told this when I signed up. The sign on the door says cancel anytime! I was never given a copy of the information I signed so there is no way I can look at that to determine if it says anything in the document about this. I would never recommend anyone go to this place.
