Then you pay a higher price for a higher llevel bed and then place you in a lower level bed for the higher price ? Tonight I was told I had a bed (which was highest level) which I pay ALOT to use MONTHLY and then after being told I was next it was actually taken AWAY and then I was told that I could wait 20 more mins !!! Or take a lower level bed!!! Boy did they cash in TONIGHT FROM ME!!! This has happened to me several times but never like this !? I was given a room and was actually walking into it and then having it taken away!!! I am so confused and ANGRY!!!! I do feel that people using regular beds take priority over spray tans. I haye having to wait for a booth to be cleaned while the attendant keeps assisting other customers. I was there first and checked in on line prior to arrival. Please don't make spray tan people wait while you severice 4 other patrons that are using regular beds.

Her knowledge of skin care and maintenance is top notch. She detailed what the process would be prior to my service and she was a consummate professional.
