I do feel that people using regular beds take priority over spray tans. I haye having to wait for a booth to be cleaned while the attendant keeps assisting other customers. I was there first and checked in on line prior to arrival. Please don't make spray tan people wait while you severice 4 other patrons that are using regular beds.

Either way, unfortunately this may reflect badly on the business since it's a review about her. I'm sorry to the business, this is about MANDY. My daughter was so excited to get her hair done for her 13th birthday, it's been a promise since she was little. We get her scheduled in advance, with multiple reminders sent and accepted. Our appt was at 11:00, we live 20 mins away, she text me and called me at 10:30 sounding like she had just woke up asking me to change the time to 11:30, or 1:45. I told her 11:30 was fine, we get there are 11:25 and she is not there. I text her and let her know we were there, she pulls in a few mins later looking like she rolled out of bed, smoking a cigarette and grabbing her subway with no rush of getting us in. I had to ask if she was Mandy because she acted like we didn't exist in the car right next to her. She reaked of cigarettes when we got in there, her chair was filthy, and she didn't even know what my groupon was for. I tell her it was for a cut, condition, blowdry, balayage or ombre....she looks at my daughter's hair and says she's going to upcharge us $150 because of the length and thickness....totally fine, if it was mentioned on the Groupon website. She tried to make it our fault that it wasn't advertised properly, she continued to repeat why she wouldn't honor it. Due to it not being on Groupon correctly and her wanting to argue with me about it, my daughter didn't get her hair done. She got a call while sitting there asking if she could meet at someone's house later and do their hair. So not only did she NOT wash her hands after smoking her cigarette, she didn't honor what was purchased, she tried to make it my fault saying "all my groupons SHOULD say upcharges for length and thickness." This has been complained about on Groupon as well, but I wanted everyone aware since she does pop up with this business. Now we have to go somewhere else and my daughters so bummed out. But due to the awful experience she was totally fine without having her hair done because we weren't sure how her hair would look after.

Most recently, she did my extensions, and she did an amazing job. After losing a lot of my hair to PCOS, the extensions have given me the length and that feeling of fullness back, not to mention, she took the TIME to make sure my extensions were done properly, even rescheduling her next appointment so we'd have plenty of time! She's such a lovely person too and I always enjoy talking to her during my service.

The girls working had no clue how much 1…read moresession would cost but eventually told me it was $30 and that signing up for a membership with the current deal they had going on would be cheaper and that I could cancel whenever I wanted. The spray tan looked awful. This was not my first spray tan but the first 1 I had at this salon. I went in today to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel until after my first billing cycle. I was never told this when I signed up. The sign on the door says cancel anytime! I was never given a copy of the information I signed so there is no way I can look at that to determine if it says anything in the document about this. I would never recommend anyone go to this place.

I was paired with Kevin who gave me a great massage during my pedicure and was absolutely meticulous on my manicure. He made sure I had a beverage and that everything was good, from water temp to nail color. I was embarrassed about some skin stuff I had going on but he reassured me that it wasn't a big deal and I was put at ease. The building itself stands out among others on Lima Road and the interior is modern and clean. It was well staffed and the music was vibey and quiet. There needs to be more personable employees at the front lobby…read more Employees shouldn't discuss personal things in front of customers. They don't promote specials when you check in. This was my first time here and was just told to check in and pick what you want from the screen. After getting my nails done I see the specials on the monitor. I'm sitting here writing this review as the same employee is talking with a tech with a customer sitting in the chair about a customer. They want you to pay cash and even have a convenient atm for you. They refuse to let you use your debit card or credit card to include a tip and tell you they only take cash tips, rudely I might add. The atm will only give you up to $200, and the employee couldn't figure out to use the cash for the tip and the debit card for the rest of this ridiculous bill. They charge $10 to shape your nails. My manicure didn't include soaking my hands in solution, just dry cutting my cuticles ...dry cutting my nails, I didn't want any polish and they for $40 don't even buff your nails for a shine. My niece has two cuts in her toes from her pedicure, she's a diabetic and we had the tell the tech 3 times not to scrub the bottom of her feet. Her nails were also rough. I was nicked twice but no blood on my toes. My toenails weren't cut, just filed. My nails have rough snagging edges and when I will get off of this review, I will never go there again and fix my nails. $370 for the two of us later no thank you. They do try and push drinks on you, they looked refreshing.
