She couldn't turn it up high enough for me to even feel it. She made one round on my face and she was done. As the other lady brought the IPL machine in she said " if you get an error sign just turn it off and on again and it will go away. I called the next day talking to Dominic who said he was a manager there. I explained to him I had zero reaction from the IPL treatment and he was cold and rude. In person he is polite but he is not a problem solver. I was more put off by his reaction then the treatment. I expected him to want to fix the problem but he just said his lasers are not very powerful and I shouldn't expect to see results. Needless to say I was not refunded and once again I was snookered by a good deal and bad people. It sucks!!!

The paperwork included questions about any allergies I may have to skin products, which.... surprise! Other places I have been to did not! Anna spent time discussing the pros and cons of treatments, their duration, cost, and expectations without trying to sell me anything. I left feeling well-cared for and not 'SOLD TOO". Anna will be my go-to person for beauty treatments from now on.
