As a young person in my 20's I could not figure out why I kept getting cramps in my left leg almost…read moreevery night. I did not have any visible signs of spider veins or of any veins at all since I am young. Yet, my left foot would cramp up and I would have to massage it to get it to go away which often took 5 minutes of constant on and off painful cramps. After gym workouts my legs at times also felt very sore and I felt tension in both of my lower leg shins. After some research I reached out to Colorado skin and vein desperate to find answers and hoping my veins could be treated. Dr. Verebelyi was so kind and knowledgeable in his field! He determined that since it ran in my family that the leg cramps were not caused by being overweight or age (I am young with a slender build) but simply due to genetics which previously I did not know about. He recommended I undergo sclero to close off the bad veins. Additionally, he knew I was interested in medicine and during the procedure was kind enough to show me what was going on and explain what he was doing (which made me really happy and went beyond what I expected). After the vein treatment I was shocked at how great both of my legs felt and best of all no more leg cramps! You are never too young to pay attention to your vein health too. So grateful to Dr. Verebelyi and his team for all their hard work diagnosing and treating the issue. I feel so much better! I would highly highly recommend them for helping with any vein issues, they are all very kind and want to help! :) Update: I got the procedure about a year ago in May 2025. Everything still feels great and I no longer have the issues I had before the procedure (leg cramps at night never happen to me anymore and my legs are not feeling heavy after I workout). My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.

If a service is being upgraded or significantly increasing in price, that should be clearly discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. I reached out privately to address the miscommunication, but the conversation escalated substantially rather than focusing on resolving the concern. The owner waited a week and then I woke up to a personal text message asking my husband and myself to never come back to her spa. If you book service here, make sure to discuss every minute thing around your service as your bill may be higher than you bargained for. Instead of you using this as a teaching opportunity to help her employee understand clear communication needs to be had before increasing the service as well as the charge associated with that, she used it as an opportunity to try to take advantage of a long-standing client. You don't put that kind of blame on the client. Her learning curve should not be at the expense of clients. You take on that risk and responsibility as the owner and her employer and you make it right without backlashing. Clear communication around pricing is essential in any business, especially in aesthetics. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency in this area when it comes to other clients.
