He arrived on a Saturday, gave a quote, and we called him back to give the go ahead same day. He called me on Sun and left a message that he would be out one day the following week. That Tuesday I called and left a message inquiring as to what day he would be out. I was called back and told that he would be here Friday. He did not show. After a few texts he apologized for mechanical problems and said he would be out Sat. He did now show. Then he told us Sunday, he did not show. On Monday I sent him a text telling him that after 3 no shows and delays answering calls, I had to guess he wasn't interested in my business. I intend to find another arborist. I have no problem with someone deciding the job is to small or that they don't have time, but to not show 3 times and not communicate with a customer was very unprofessional.

Bought a tree from this tree farm. Service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The selection was nice and it's a pretty good size tree farm. ALSO they don't return the calls. We called se real times to check on the status of our tree and we didn't get a returned call. The reason I'm giving it a three star and not a five star, is bc when I walked into their sales office I walked right back out. I could not stand the smell in there. It caused me a headache and a mild migraine. Now I know it's a tree farm but please freshen up or open a window. The landscaping guys that installed the tree were friendly and professional. They diged the hole by hand and were so nice to use the plug to fill in a piece of grass area that was burned due to a previous project. They even complimented me on my garden space. I was a little surprised that they only did a small radius whole when the tree we bought back in November from another land scaping company was prepaired with a wide radius and they topped it up with thick mulch and the mulch they added from Underwood's was a lot thinner. That was another thing that made me wonder on the extra stars. Other than that they do carry a lot of trees and bushes.
