My husband and I both visited this offoce today to be interviewed for Global Entry access and TSA Pre-check. This is something that we've been talking about doing for quite a while and we finally made the decision to complete the application and go for the interview. There are lots of benefits to getting global entry- the main one being less time at the airport when returning from International travel. Global entry also includes TSA precheck status. I was interviewed by Officer Juan Alberto Lopez. Officer Lopez was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the interview. The Office is located right at the border of Arizona and Mexico in Nogales ( There were no available appointments any closer for months). The office is behind a security gate, but are allowed in for Global Entry appointment by the Officer at the gate. We had a really good experience with this process, and we just received email notification that we were both approved :). Our cards will arrive in the mail and are good for 5 years.
