Went to the law library first to meet with a lawyer to look over paperwork, then went to another…read moreplace to file the paperwork. Great security getting into the building! Went through my purse...like for real! (As it should be!!) . The security was better than I EVER experienced at an airport! I forgot my hip is titanium...so I beeped going through security. Very professional metal detector (wand)...All good. The pro bono lawyer was excellent, and I learned more in that ten minute session...than the last few years. Lol. The review would have been a two stars...but the very nice lady at window 1 where you file divorce papers, the amazing lawyer who filled me in on a few things, and the security being exceptional...earned another star. Lots of pokestops in the area too! Lol

I'm here with a friend of mine for a court date. When we went through security I had my medication…read moreon me percribed by my doctor. I was immediately ask what the medication was and why I receive it. I openly told them what the medication was to stop them from handling the pills. Although, I wasn't willing to tell the why I take it. I told them I would show them it was percribed to me and the reason isn't any of their buissness. I was told by a officer they would have to take the medication and lock it up. I ended up calling for a supervisor and had to jump through hoops including pulling up what medication is typically percribed for via my phone. This seems like a huge hippa violation. Government shouldn't be able to ask why you take medication. Anyways, I was disappointed and didn't feel this was keeping anyone safe or a reasonable request.

I would like to acknowledge Ms. L. Yoder, Director, Arizona Superior Court Law Library and Resource…read moreCenter for her exemplary customer service, attentive listening, and sincere desire for creating rewarding and enjoyable customer service experiences for her customers. I had the pleasure of her customer service skills and assistance during a telephone and e-mail conversation regarding a much-needed legal form. Ms. Yoder's attentive listening skills, during our telephone conversation, were on full display after correctly surmising which form would be applicable for my purpose. She offered e-mailing me the forms rather than my having to drive to the resource center to personally pick them up. Soon after our telephone conversation ended and with me providing my e-mail address, I promptly received the form attached to the e-mail. She also provided days and times for walk-in assistance, several links and other information about court procedures; legal research page; Family Law Free Legal Clinic assistance if needed; filing and filing fees and how to receive timely responses from the Law Library and Resource Center. This was a customer service experience that ranks one of the best thus far. I felt truly appreciated as a customer and commend Ms. Yoder's professional, sincere approach for her job performance and commitment for doing her job way above what is expected.

Kind of an odd review because how does one review a governmental place that offers a variety of…read morethings. I'll start with some important factors. Parking everyone is pay for with options for street or parking garage. Most places you park will require you to walk a bit so plan for timing on all this. There is security walk through, so chekc our bags before and empty accordingly. The place is seemingly kept clean and well maintained. Including bathrooms. Security is present all around and also employees. Most of the time, I dislike my interaction with employees. They seem annoyed, uninterested and not very helpful. It's bothersome considering this is a government business, to me I would consider hiring bright, interactive and knowledge (about the system they are working in). I often wonder what they are actually getting paid for when my 'service' is bad and very little word exchange occurs, an underlying attitude and it's all discouraging. One would think that they want to create and inviting space to encourage people to get things done that need to be. But it feels like the classic we're gonna charge you and lot and leave you confused with several places yoh could possibly go to, look at or routes you can take for whatever you are doing. Rather than a direct here's what needs to occur for the sake of efficiency overall. Otherwise, not much to say. It's the usual expected experience to an extent here. But clean. No cell phone use in majority of the building so I snapped in areas that's seemed fine. There's vending and bathrooms.

This is a long overdue review concerning Pima County Clerk of Superior Court Clerk Number 102,106…read moreon 10 March 2023. There were many people waiting their turn in queue for a county clerk counter. When my number was finally called i approached the clerk at my designated window, who seemed unfazed by the sheer number of customers previously assisted and still managed a smile and pleasant greeting when I stopped at her counter. She was very, calm, sincere and professional. While the clerk reviewed my documents, I expressed my concern that I hope I had completed them correctly and made her job easy. She replied, "Yes! She then went above and beyond by asking, "Do you already have copies of this documentation?" I replied, "Yes, at home." She replied, "Those documents will not have the County Clerk office stamp for date of receipt." She promptly took my documents to the copier after stamping them, made copies and returned them to me. I truly appreciated her demonstration of exceptional customer service and creating for me a rewarding and enjoyable customer service experience.
