Every single window has "bubbles/debris" in them. For a controlled environment/climate controlled,…read morethey apparently have a lot of dust and debris. I had windows tinted years ago by a person who did them outside and they never had this much "debris" in them. They also didn't cut one of the pieces for my passenger side back window to proper size and there's a considerable space that's not tinted on the edge of the window. How this was missed at the time of install, just also shows lack of quality in workmanship. While I was there, I noticed a "lump" in the window and Joe said "I can take care of that". He proceeded to have me put my car back into the shop, lifted up the tint to remove the debris. While doing this, I asked "Isn't that going to damage the tint". He completely IGNORED me. Now, after this "fix" there are several scratches all over the window. I also pointed out a few other issues in the tint and he proceeded to say "give it 3 days"...well I gave it 7 and the bubbles and "soap scum" as he called it are still very visible and just looks completely HORRIBLE. When I went back to get some type of credit for their horrible workmanship. He argued w/ me that scratches aren't covered under warranty. I proceeded to say "that means scratches that I end up doing or wear/tear not scratches YOU did." He said "that's not what it says". WOW! He proceeded to blame ME for asking him to remove the debris in said window and said he warned me not to b/c it would cause an issue....that is a LIE. He never warned me of this b/c there's no way I would have had him touch it in that case. And as you can see above, I asked him while he was "taking care of it for me" if it would damage it further and he IGNORED ME. He also said that I signed an agreement that I'd be OK w/ imperfections. But let's be real ya'll....minor imperfections is one thing...but debris in EVERY window with extremely visible bubbles, debris and scratches is NOT minor. Especially for a company who does this day in and day out.....and that's ALL they do. I simply asked for SOME money back....he refused but said he'd replace all the tint. Why on earth would I allow you to replace this tint when you couldn't do it correctly in the first place? I had a very strong feeling that it would be worse if they touched it again. I don't recommend this place at all. They rush you in and out and their workmanship is not of good quality. Go at your own risk. I'm just extremely grateful that I can go to another LUMAR vendor for warranty issues because I will never return here. I suggest if you have any warranty issues due to their shotty workmanship to go to another LUMAR dealer.... My opinion is they don't care about the quality of their work and will end up blaming you for it.

But I cannot in good faith recommend their tint services. I got my tint done last week and nearly every window on my YukonXL has a flaw. I took it back this week to get the worst ones fixed (couldn't repair one area without damaging what came factory on the vehicle- not fun)- was the first person there before 10 am and didn't get my car back until after 3pm and have dust/debris bubbles all over my drivers window. The owner did offer for me to come back, but I can't trust it will ever be truly right and I will have wasted an entire other day. Additionally, I made the stupid mistake of paying via Zelle because the CC machine wasn't working and now I have no way to recoup any money. I will have to spend more money to have the tint removed and redone elsewhere. It's a shame, but hopefully others won't make the same mistakes I did.
