When I got there, he walked me through all of their tint options. I picked out one with a good tint and ceramic to reduce heat. He has a nice set up where you can work or relax while he works on your vehicle in an air conditioned space. I was probably in and out of there within 2 hours. He did an excellent job. He even ensures you don't mess up the new tint by placing a sticker on your window console to remind you. It's a quality job. He's the owner and the person who installs your tint. The price was reasonable too. I compared it to the price a friend paid elsewhere for the same vehicle, and I would say I saved $50-70. I would highly recommend The Tint Man!

I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. I will definitely be returning to Clermont Auto Spa, as they have my highest recommendation.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any company. I had an…read moreappointment at the Safelite AutoGlass shop in Minneola, FL, and when I arrived, I was told they had ordered the wrong part. A second appointment was scheduled for a technician to come to my home, with an arrival window between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. No one showed up, and no one called to let me know what was happening. I tried calling the shop several times, but no one answered the phone. I was finally able to get in contact with Safelite through my insurance company. A third appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time, but once again, he had the wrong parts. Another appointment had to be scheduled for a week later. That technician also arrived on time, but this time he was missing a part needed to complete the job. Yet another appointment had to be scheduled, and the service was finally completed. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into multiple appointments, repeated issues with incorrect or missing parts, a complete no-show without a phone call, and difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. The amount of time and inconvenience this caused was completely unacceptable. After so many mistakes throughout the process, I'm now left wondering about the quality of the work that was ultimately performed. Based on my experience, I would have a very difficult time recommending Safelite AutoGlass.
