Absolutely the worst dining experience for the price point ever within the San Francisco Opera House North Box Cafe. The menu was limited to "bowls" and a few other measly dishes. I had the bowl with the prawns which was atrocious. Served in cheap plastic and the prawns had a fishy smell. They didn't taste normal so I decided not to finish eating them for fear of getting sick. My partner had the bowl with chicken which was also subpar. This was followed by a pathetic cheese plate and later chocolate covered strawberries. Mind you that we ordered the chocolate torte but they ran out and our server (bless her heart) substituted the strawberries (for $16.00/4 strawberries!). Fortunately we brought our own wine and paid a $40.00 corkage fee per bottle. The wine list is limited and doesn't really have any thing decent. Although our service was great the poor quality of the food ruined the evening. Never again, will definitely eat either before or after the performance at another restaurant NOT within the Opera House. read more

I had an amazing experience working with Global Gourmet Catering for a 150 person wedding in San Francisco. They were friendly, efficient and timely in all pre-planning. They absolutely knocked it out of the park for my client's menu tasting going above and beyond with presentation and value. Rating: 3.5 Global Gourmet did a great job with our wedding reception this past August 2021. The food was unsurpassed, they had an exceptional menu and selection. They were willing to work with us to incorporate additions such as boba milk tea to our menu and tried their best to get things right. The staff were professional and prompt on the day of the event. The execution of our vision was flawless. I wouldn't have given them a low rating sans pandemic, but the past year came with many hiccups as we tried to juggle changing times leading to the day of the big wedding reception. Please take this as my honest experience in unprecedented times. Unfortunately, their contract was the strictest of all our vendors and they were also our largest deposit of the entire wedding (50% of ~$57k for roughly 300 people). Global Gourmet only allowed for reschedules refusing a full refund at the height of COVID. All the other wedding vendors were extremely accommodating and offered full refunds. We were originally supposed to get married June 2020, but with the shutdowns, cancelled our wedding in March. With no end in sight, we wanted to cancel the entire wedding and just elope, but GG only allowed for a partial refund of 25% our full amount (still a large amount of $15k) and did not want to consider the pandemic, shutdown & venues closing "an act of God" which would have allowed for a full refund. We no longer wanted the event and did a backyard ceremony but ended up rescheduling our reception twice. My main contacts were in constant flux as the shutdown caused changes in staffing in schedules. There were long lulls of no responses and at one point I was blindly emailing every contact I had to just get ahold of someone. Eventually Elaine stepped in and got things going again. She also reached out to take honest feedback and ensure this doesn't happen again. Near the wedding date, I was told that they could no longer make my wedding cake and pure finalization of the headcount, menu, & pricing was dragged out due to slow responses which cut into a long planned baby moon when I was trying to finalize weeks ahead of my trip. I was also very disappointed when I caught the clean-up staff throwing away advice cards that guests left for us on the tables and had to tell them to gather them for us instead of throwing it away. Not sure how many were actually recovered. Overall, my experience with Global Gourmet was extremely anxiety ridden. However, they put together an epic night for us and our guests still cannot stop talking about our wedding. read more

GGC was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding. We discovered the company through our wedding planner Emily from Folklore Events, and we worked closely with Kelly & Laura to create a 100% vegan menu for our wedding at the Mountain Winery. Our chef, Chef Juan, I believe, blew everyone away with his stations from around the world: jackfruit tacos, coconut curries, sliders & shoestring fries, and more! And the wait staff were really sweet and we enjoyed meeting them. Also, we were happy to be able to use GGC for our table settings as well. But this review would be incomplete if I failed to mention how fun the wedding tasting was before the event. My wife, mother-in-law, and I got to sit down with the GGC team and spend 3 or so hours (to be honest, I lost track of how long it actually was) tasting and discussing each of Chef Juan's creative recipes. I tried to get a quote on a corporate party with a 100k budget. The person who answered I used to be friends with years ago. They refused to engage me in planning. Refused to work with another person in our company. Were rude, petty, and condescending. (Yes I ditched that ex partner). I have always said, thanks to Frank Zappa: "Broken hearts are for assholes.". I went with a fine caterer instead. Our 100k sit down 5 course went perfectly for 200 people. Good wine, good talk, robotics display, with a symposium, group meetings, and a luncheon the second day at a local Museum. The chef's at the other place were amazing. I feel Global is a great caterer too. On that unfortunate day when we made an inquiry, it was drama instead of professionalism. I'd still do a tasting though. You could have had a long term client willing to contract for 4 annual events we do. So, perhaps inflict more professionalism in your people or, clean the house read more

I am so happy that we chose Global Gourmet as our wedding caterer and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing food and impeccable service! Wedding planning can be so stressful at times, but the team @ GG - Emily, Lauren, Ellie - were truly a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The tasting was an absolute highlight in our planning process, and assured us they were the right team on the big day. We had some last minute cancellations ~2 weeks before the wedding due to COVID concerns, and Lauren was so accommodating in giving us the flexibility to re-confirm headcount last minute. Being foodies ourselves, serving delicious food to our guests was very important to us. We were very impressed with the food options as they offered a wide variety of classics as well as more creative tastes that follow current food trends. Some of the highlights are tuna tartare tacos, herb-marinated chicken skewer, and roasted cod (I'm still amazed at how tender the meat was!). Many of our guests also complimented how great the food was! I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the serving staff! They made sure someone was always looking after myself and the groom throughout the day, making sure our glasses were always full and we were well hydrated. My husband and I got married at the Mountain Winery in March and a requirement of the venue is to use Global Gourmet Catering for food and beverage service. Global Gourmet's food and bar service at our wedding were spectacular and the staff we worked with (shout out to Kelly and Emily!) leading up to and on the day of our event were organized, thoughtful, and thorough which meant our wedding day was better than we could have imagined! We were able to work with the chef in advance at our tasting to ensure that the meal was perfect and to our (and ultimately our guests) liking. Bar and food service during our cocktail hour was smooth and swift, very much a sign of a prepared and well oiled operation. Global Gourmet isn't inexpensive and I wouldn't recommend the Mountain Winery if you're looking to save money, however the price paid is worth the service and food provided. read more

There's so much you have to deal with when planning your wedding. A lot of the vendors do a great job in providing a quote and selling their product, but global gourmet catering goes above and beyond and delivers what they promise and more. They truly make you feel you are the only couple in the world that just got engaged. Even from the very start of simply requesting for a quote Elaine and her team were personable, easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable. They we're genuinely interested in our love story and you can tell that they are passionate about what they do and wanted to make our day absolutely perfect! I truly never felt like a Bride until meeting Elaine and her team at Global Gourmet Catering. Years back I used to work part time for a staffing company and would work with numerous catering companies throughout the bay area. I was even trained by Paula De Lucs catering company and know exactly what it takes to provide excellent service. There were a few that really stood out to me. I remembered the tuna tacos as a server for a wedding I did in Napa and remembered the level of professionalism each server, chef and bar staff had in their jobs. It stuck with me first years. So when I was time to pick our caterer for our wedding, I knew I had to work with Global Gourmet Catering. My husband, however was the hard sell. He is the type to do hours of research before making any decision. He put the catering company through the ringer with 11 revisions, 2 tastings and hours and emails of questions. I must say GGC handled every question perfectly! They won him over! As for the big day. The food was hands down the best thing we have ever tasted! Two months after our wedding and people will randomly tell me how much they miss our appetizers, especially the tiny croque Madam's and chicken baos. Or they will mention how buttery the oaxavan seabass was and the all time favorite the Smoked ribs!!!! The best ribs we have ever had and that's saying a lot. Dante the chef is a genius and I can't say enough good things! And one of my favorite moments of the night was having our late night snack, "in-n-out" inspired sliders with truffle fries. They were so juicy and so good that I ended up having 3 and shared it with my sister outside to get some air. The last thing I'll mention was our french inspired profiterole cake and wedding fruit cake. Their new bakery chef was pure brilliance. It was so good and exactly what we wanted. Elaine even threw in a complimentary traditional fruit cake that we could freeze and cut on our first anniversary! I'm still hearing guests tell me they are having withdrawals from the food at our wedding! It was the perfect day with the perfect staff and perfect catering company. I recently attended an Engagement Party that was catered & designed by the amazing team at GG. All I can say is "wow!" From the minute I walked in my breath was taken away. They layout of the space made use of every inch. There was an ice cream bar, whiskey bar, hot chocolate bar and so much more! I loved the gold & black decor! The two bits that really put this event over the top for me were the bar tenders/wait staff and the food! Wow, the bar tenders were so professional yet polite & fun at the same time. A perfect combination for the party atmosphere. The FOOD! Oh my gosh! The absolute most perfect party bites. So beautiful in presentation & so tasty. The service was perfect, new dishes were popping in constantly. The wait staff was very smart in describing each dish as we were taking them off the serving trays. (great touch!) I cannot thank their ENTIRE team enough for the 2+ years of support. We had to postpone our wedding celebration due to COVID-19 and GGC continued to support us. We had so many last minute things come up during the last month of the wedding celebration preparations and they just did everything they could to support us. They also went above and beyond to make our day magical. Not only was their service great (and I mean Michelin star worthy), the food is SPECTACULAR! OMG! EXCELLENT! We had our company celebration at Mountain Winery and Global Gourmet catered our event. We went with their Food Stations arrangement. The food was excellent and while the portions were small it was a genius idea to allow you to taste each station. We had 3 food stations each with a protein and vegetarian option. BEST IDEA ever! Plenty of food no one left hungry! Did I mention the food was delicious!!!! I don't even have a favorite as they were all so tasty! The catering and bar staff were so helpful and professional. GGC staff also made sure to keep us all safe by wearing masks, gloves, and handling all the food serving. They were very clean and everything was served in a timely manner. I feel bad because it's taken me almost a year to write this review, but the fact that I still remember every detail of working with Global Gourmet as well as their service should speak volumes! My husband and I used Global Gourmet for our wedding in July last summer and from start to finish, it was the best choice we could have ever made. Wedding Prep: Working with Lauren and Ruby was fantastic. They were very quick to reply to any email that I sent. They both listened to us incredibly well and were never, every pushy. It felt as if they cared as much about our wedding and our vision for our reception as we did, and that meant a lot. Lauren knew exactly when to gently nudge me in one direction, but she also knew when to step back and let the magic happen. Working with their team was painless, stress free, and a joy - just what planning a wedding SHOULD be! The Menu: As I said, it's been almost a year, but people STILL talk about the food!! The hor d'oeuvres were perfect - not mess, exactly bite sized, and DELICIOUS!!! The meal was so incredible and so very in season. We had both spare ribs and marinated tofu to suit our guests needs and I have to say - my midwestern carnivores LOVED the tofu! Table Settings: Can we say perfect? Gorgeous, elegant, and exactly what we were hoping for. The Service: I think my father said it best: You never saw them until you needed them and then they were right there. At one point, my father thought "gee - I could really use some more of that delicious bread" and POOF! There was a server with the bread basket. LIKE MAGIC. My husband and I also had a personal server insuring that, during the cocktail hour when the guests were enjoying themselves and while we were still taking pictures, that we still got to sample the hor d'oeuvres. No matter where we were, we were taken care of. It's little details like that that made it known to me that GG really cared about the whole process. Bottom Line: You know how you hear horror stories of brides freaking out because things are so stressful with the caterers or the food or the reception? NONE OF THAT HAPPENED TO US. They are definitely not just a catering company, but really more wedding coordinators - Global Gourmet took care of everything from the food to the cake to the design to the rentals to the lighting and EVERYTHING in between. They made my dream wedding happen and, even more importantly, made the whole process enjoyable with not one bit of stress. I worked with Valeri Mallo and Elaine Richards and both women are absolutely incredible at their jobs and went above and beyond what was expected. Even beyond my personal experience, I still receive compliments from our guests about the service that was provided by Global Gourmet. The guests were absolutely blown away by how attentive and incredible each and every staff member was (and many have asked how many staff members worked the wedding because there was ALWAYS someone available to help them with anything and everything they needed). We looked at many different caterers in our search for "the one" and were initially interested in Global Gourmet because of it's organic, locally grown philosophy. After a few emails with Alicia Slater, the wedding catering manager at GG, we decided to come in for a tasting. We were very impressed with the entrees, the service (who became our head captain at our wedding), and the professionalism. They put us completely at ease and the experience made them the easy front-runner. What sealed the deal was the patience with which they worked with us over the next 1.5 months to find ways to reduce the overall cost of their services enabling us to use them. Whether it was allowing us to purchase our own champagne, finding ways to reduce the lighting budget, or general "economic downturn" discounts, Global found ways to make our desires fit into our budget. With all that said, the piece we really have to complement them on was their support on the day of. Alicia told us that in booking Global, we also booked her as a "day of" coordinator. While we were a bit dubious, we have to say that she (and Ashley Wood, her partner on our event) came through in every way. They were never far away from either myself or my bride and covered so many small details that we had no idea were happening until we saw them! Their attention to the details of our requests (including to-scale diagrams provided of table layouts...yikes) was flawless. I attended an old friend's wedding over the weekend and was VERY impressed by the food. Weddings always have delicious entrees and good dessert, but Global Gourmet's catering was stellar. This was not your usual "wedding dinner". The food was truly gourmet and unique with the perfect mix of texture, taste and presentation. I just returned home from the 25th anniversary gala of Project Inform which was catered by Scott Fairbanks and Global Gourmet. I've been to quite a few major events catered by this unique and remarkable company under the brilliant eye of Mark Walker. Today's event was held in a Nursery, a totally NEW idea for me, and Scott Fairbanks was the on-site manager/director and what a great job he did. The layout was gorgeous; colorful, soothing and compelling. A central tented two man bar served Mimosa's, wine and soft drinks with gracious courtesy and smiles galore. Tables, both standard and bar height adorned with clothes in a range of bright, primary colors, with two main stations for the fabutastic brunch served throughout the three hour event. Delicious pastries, bagels and chilled fresh fruit offering a rich balance of berries to the melon and a great fresh yogurt, a separate coffee and tea station with every conceivable accoutrement I've seen and the entree station where they prepared and served the most delicious and unusual version of an eggs Benedict type dish starting with mouth watering potato latkes, then thinly slice Smithfield Ham, a perfectly poached egg with a gently herbed sauce that my mouth is watering over again as I write this. Scott is probably the most personable and professional catering event manager I've ever worked with in my 30 years of working with dozens, and his company, Global Gourmet is simply outstanding, I think the BEST! read more

While their pricing is on the higher end of the spectrum, what you get in quality and service make it well worth it. Don't get me wrong, they are still affordable--we encountered some snobby places that wouldn't even TALK to us because our budget wasn't in the trust-fund range---they aren't one of those caterers. Let's talk about Alicia. She is the bomb! Like another reviewer said, when you contract with them, she'll say that you won't need a day-of-coordinator because she will serve that function. And she definitely did that, and more. Prior to the wedding day, she kept us on schedule with our planning (we both have very busy jobs and didn't have a coordinator), suggested many ways to keep costs down, and was always responsive to email. On the day of, she took care of our every need as well as those of our guests, all while managing her entire staff. She is very professional but also one of the warmest people you'll meet---we love her so much that it felt like we had another friend (a VERY useful one) at our wedding. Food. Quality of the food was of utmost importance to us. We decided early on in the wedding planning process that we could compromise on most everything else... but not the food. Global did not disappoint. We got lots of compliments from our guests. Service. I've gushed enough about Alicia and I have give well-deserved credit to the rest of the staff. Every single employee of Global that I've met has been extremely friendly and helpful. We hired Global Gourmet for our 10/22 wedding for the following reason: the food is delicious! Global does not do "wedding food", rather their menus consist of fantastic gourmet items that are much more in keeping with an upscale restaurant than what is typical for a wedding. All of our guests commented on how great their meal was and were really "wow-ed" by each course, just as we had at our tasting with Global some months before. Additionally, the waitstaff and bar staff were very friendly and courteous throughout the entire wedding, which we and our guests enjoyed and appreciated. There is no one better than the Global Gourmet team. They do everything from big time large-scale corporate events (Dreamforce!) to the most stunning, immaculate and unmatched weddings. We interviewed all of the top caterers for our wedding at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga, and no one even came close to the detail, thoughtfulness and customization that Global Gourmet is capable of. Not only do they get to know you, your preferences (in everything under the sun) - but after we met Jessica & Jennifer in person at our wonderful tasting, the decision was immediately made. The tasting is in their cool dogpatch offices with market umbrellas scattered amongst their desks - and they set the table with linens and china that all matched my color preferences! I already felt like I was at my wedding! The food was a big deal to us. If you want a REAL, 5 star meal for your guests - nothing that will ever be referred to as "wedding food" - Global Gourmet is it. We wanted a filet and duck. We wanted burrata and figs. We wanted a gold cake. I don't know how they did it all, but they did it flawlessly at both the tasting and of course our big day - and better than anyone could have ever imagined. Jessica & Jennifer (and truly their whole team) were so great to work with, so in tune with everything that I wanted, had the BEST suggestions, and when I needed to add stuff on- they were willing to work with me when I met a budget and desire crossroads a few times :o) In addition to cocktail hour and the reception, they did our CAKE! A lot of people go through a cake place, but they had the option and I was like, I WOULD LOVE FOR THIS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY ONE VENDOR! They did what I wanted (gold cake of glory!!!) and can do almost anything! They also did our welcome station (where we had mini Pellegrinos and Oranginas for the guests upon arrival), and the departure hand out from a vintage ice cream cart - ICE CREAM on the way out!! (It's Its). There is so much more I could say - but just know that you have a true team by your side and behind you when you go with Global Gourmet. They even worked with all of our vendors in advance to coordinate and ensure a smooth execution of the whole day - something a caterer rarely does! I'm not sure I'm going to be able to find the right words to describe just how positive our experience with Global Gourmet was. Thinking of working with them for your wedding? DO IT. Seriously. The long version: When we researched catering companies, Global Gourmet turned out to be the most economical caterer that was approved by our venue. It was still on the pricey side, but when you look into what you're getting, you soon realize it's absolutely worth it. Some other companies can get a little snobby if your budget is on the lower end, but we definitely did not get that vibe from GG at all. Out of all the caterers I contacted, GG was the best at communicating via email. Bonus: GG is a certified green business. Alicia is incredible. Professional, helpful, warm, friendly. The moment we met her, we knew that if we picked GG, we would be in excellent hands. One thing we really appreciated was how honest she was when it came to working with our budget. GG was obviously able to provide every little thing we needed at the wedding, but if it was more cost effective for us to provide something on our own, Alicia just told us directly. Also, she's very good at responding to emails. Every little question gets answered within 24 hours. We also worked with Lauren as it got closer to the date, and she was just as incredible to work with. Working with Lauren was like planning an event with a friend... one who knows every little thing there is to know about weddings. On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to worry about. Lauren and Pam were there serving as the day-of coordinators. They did a wonderful job taking care of us and our guests while managing the staff. Everything went so smoothly. The food = wowowow! We were pretty much blown away during our tasting. It was nice that Alicia sat at the table and ate with us instead of just watching us eat. The food at the wedding was of exactly the same quality. Our guests were excited about food as soon as they saw the menu options on our wedding website, and GG did not disappoint. What's really nice is they set aside hors d'oeuvres and entrees for the bride and groom to take home, so you don't miss out on the yummy food! The service? The entire GG team is amazing. Every interaction I've had with a GG employee (main office employees, warehouse staff, wedding wait staff, etc) has been such a positive experience. Our florist had to do a lot of coordinating with GG, and she also said that the GG team was wonderful to work with. GG helped us make our wedding so grand and gorgeous. We picked out all the little details at the wedding, and we knew exactly what were getting, but we were still wowed when everything came together! I collaborated with GGC this year on a couple of special events ranging from less than 200 and 400+ guests and I have been very impressed. The food, service and planning with Global, particularly Scott Fairbanks, has been a distinct pleasure. Scott worked with me and my ever decreasing budget to ensure the quality was top notch and our guest experience was impeccable. I posted a post event survey and our guests rated the food by Global as one of their favorite parts of the night! This is not usual when you're serving 400, we were incredibly pleased. My wife and I were fortunate enough to work with Jessica haro and her team at global gourmet. Our wedding was on November 16th 2013 at the bently reserve in downtown San Francisco ca. Global gourmet far exceeded our expectations. The food was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. These guys are true pro's at the catering business. Before I go into more depth, you must know that you won't find better service, attention to detail and quality of food beyond this company. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Oh wait, I just did. The company I work for was putting on a VERY large-scale product launch in the San Francisco area, on an aircraft carrier no less. We had over 400 people in attendance and noone to give us direction to find a good catering company in the area. I worked from Austin to find a company to fulfill our very detailed needs for a span of 3 days or so. I randomly chose Global Gourmet from a list of about 20 caterers and THANK GOD I did. I was lucky enough to work with Scott who not only gave me his undivided attention in months and days leading up to the event, but went above and beyond his job during the event and provided us with the best service anyone could ask for. He was and IS a joy to work with and probably saved everyone from complete breakdown during the busy event times. I had to manage large parts of this event from AUSTIN so I wasn't even at the event. Global Gourmet Catering is fantastic! From the food, to the service, to all the details they take care of in between, they've got you covered. Their food is absolutely delicious. They pride themselves on making restaurant quality food for large groups and it shows! You don't get your typical 'catered affair' fare (pun intended). It's gourmet and they take care to make each plate have the presentation they display to you during your tastings. They worked with us to get our favorite appetizer and entree choices for our wedding and everyone commented on how delicious it was. The staff is incredible too! They worked to make us feel special with each and every interaction. They work to help you get what you want so your wedding day is everything you'd ever dreamed of. They know how to manage a party and you can put all your trust in their hands and then just enjoy your day. They can also help you coordinate linen, lighting, and other rentals so you can work through less vendors. Which is always huge when planning a wedding. We had the good luck to work with gg (shout out to Ruby, Nikola, and Jessica) for my wedding 2 weeks ago (no pictures yet). From the first consultation, everything was better than professionally done. We were greeted with sparkling wine or sparkling water at our initial tasting, with notes, pens, and folders ready for us at the simple and elegant place setting. We got to meet the chef, and the food was beautifully presented and tasted even better. They were perfect in terms of providing a timeline, suggestions that matched our vision for the wedding. They coordinated the table settings, set up our center pieces, and were essentially the day- of coordinators at the reception. They went above and beyond. As another yelper mentioned, they were never pushy, and took great pride in making our wedding that fit our vibe and vision. They were super on- top of responding to our questions via emial or phone, and gave us gentle, perfect reminders as the year progressed. Just to make thing more complicated, I did my intern year away at CWR in Ohio, and they were gracious in working around my crazy residency schedule though my move back to Northern CA. We got to enjoy and emmerse ourselves in the pretty much perfect wedding. I had absolutely no worries and nothing to oversee myself (without a wedding planner or coordinator) because of the consistently excellent and amazing work of global gourmet. The only thing I would have changed was to order more creme brulee since we decided to go without a cake. We definitely under ordered on the dessert, but they had cut up fresh fruit that they made a beautiful display out of on the fly. WOW. I am a HUGE foodie, and I was so thankful that my hubby and I had out own personal staff who saved us a plate of every kind of appetizer, and greeted us with our specialty cocktail (a sublime black berry gin & tonic). Another detail that most caterers overlookis the cocktail- the through put was fast enough that there was never a line or crowd waiting for the specialty cocktail, something my engineering husband wanted to make sure was taken care of. There is a lot of frustration waiting in line for a specialty drink at a wedding instead of walking around and enjoying the company of loved ones. This was not the case at all with global gourmet. We got to eat and enjoy our wedding. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are worth the price. I would definitely do business with them again (maybe when we renew our vows ;) read more

Global Gourmet Catering is fabulous! I have worked with Global Gourmet for years and I have never been disappointed. As a wedding planner, it is my job ensure my client's special day is seamless. With Global Gourmet as the caterer, I do not have to worry about the food and the service....it will be perfect. The Sales Managers and the Head Chefs strive to create custom menus for their clients, not "cookie cutter" menus which are passed along to all clients. They recognize each client and their events are unique and deserve a menu that reflects just that. As for their wait staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Global's food is always fresh and prepared to perfection. They use local artisan food, organic produce and free range meats whenever possible. They continue to raise the catering industry bar by creating new food trends and fresh menu ideas. Neither my clients nor I have had any complaints towards Global Gourmet. I had the pleasure of working with the stylish Jennifer S. from Global. It was the #1 choice for the wedding of my dreams! I was happy to know that the tasting included 4 people, so that my now husband and I could bring 2 of our nearest and dearest foodie friends. As a couple that has dined all over the world and at Michelin stars, we were blown away by the quality of the food and service. Global has a wide variety of choices that will please every palette and will accommodate to your needs. When we couldn't decide on something, they would make suggestions and create a different dish for you because they simply aim to please. I was very happy to see fine foods like notes of truffle and tartare on the menu. My guests are still raving about the food, which is a feat in itself since we decided on having a plated dinner instead of the traditional 9 course family style to please our asian families. Global is also great because they are a one stop shop. They have rentals, florists, and many other options for you. They were very polite and didn't pressure us when we decided on another florist and brought our own wine in. Global allow me to be very hands on in my experience, but for those couples who want to be hands off, you can leave them with all your confidence in creating a beautiful wedding or event.
