As of today (almost ten days after) we are still waiting for a refund. we lost so many time during our vacation to solve this issue, switching to another suite (with another company to not take any risks), buying new clothes etc etc. the management would not talk to us but the "cleaning management" (the guy was nice and tried to help, apologized several time) but he was talking with his "boss" on the phone while negotiating with us to solve that situation. Couldn't he talk to us directly instead of hiding behind someone ? We agreed on a refund and never got anything. Days after I realized that my arms are covered with bedbugs bites, I had to buy some treatment and I sincerely hope that even with all the precaution that we took I didn't bring those insects in my home. Stay away from this terrible company. we are losing time, energy but also money with them. This place was dirty and infested and it ruined the beginning of our vacation.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I called front desk for one item and they sent someone immediately to assist me. Their overall service exceeded my expectations! I'm also an AMEX platinum member and valued the room upgrade and hotel credits I received. I enjoyed all of the amenities from reserving a massage (highly recommend this), to ordering room service for breakfast (which was really good), to enjoying their outdoor pool area (which had a beautiful view and cabanas). When you get here you have to call for someone to come get you and give you keys and instructions. So it's not your normal check-in/check out. You can sit in the lobby and see the entire range of characters that walk through this place, literally. Parking, $34 a day and by the hour if you're in and out. Everything is right here within 4 blocks max so you won't really need a car. If you do need a ride, it's cheaper to Uber and not have to worry about the horrible parking situation in Miami. This is in the same building as the W Miami. Just turn left.

They own tons of these properties and it isn't clear that it's Miami Vacation Rentals until they send a contract and you've already paid, so if you see Natalia or Silvia as a host in Miami, run. The toilet seat revealed dried urine. That says the space had not been cleaned. There's rust from neglect everywhere, bathroom floors, metal mirror, bathroom countertops, on top of the tub. Tiles are literally missing near the laundry. The WORST paintjob we've ever seen, like a bad DIY, revealing chipping and peeling paint and erosion due to humidity that never got fixed, all in the doorways and hallways. The toilets only flush 1/3 of the time and the 2nd toilet didn't flush at all when we arrived. Maintenance came and resolved the issue for just one of them; the other is insanely weak and they think they can fix it by putting up a placard warning you not to put random objects on it. Meanwhile it won't flush a single square of toilet paper. The kicker? It's in such disrepair the smoke detector is faulty and went off, while we were asleep, in the middle of the night, triggering alarms on the entire floor of the W residences. W Security had to inspect the unit, saw no smoke or fire, and had to disable the detector because it was unresponsive to even. changing the batteries. And they, in corporate speak, denied the whole thing. Everytime we pointed something out they would act like it's our job to show evidence instead of just sending someone over to handle it. Or act like we're lying because we didn't spot all this the second we arrived. They even insisted nothing was wrong with the detector despite W security being adamant about the need to replace it. They're slumlords infesting luxury buildings and not taking care of their units. Their spaces look like someone poor won the lottery, bought a condo at the W, and never learned how to take care of it or ran out of money so it fell into disrepair. Ghetto. They'll use all the corporate language to do the bare minimum and then expect respect in the face of disrespect. We informed them we would be handling this with a review since they were handling this so poorly and we no longer trusted them to come into our unit while we were out. And get this - when we left the negative review on Airbnb, their response was that we made the whole thing up to get a refund. A refund which we never actually asked for. Lol. We merely asked for them to make our dreadful experience right and rectify the situation. Natalie Ros and Miami Vacation Rentals are shady, should not be in business, and we have already shared our experiences with a network of companies to ensure they never sign contracts or rent accommodations from this company.
