Fabulous hotel in Brickell. Bar at 1435 is very chic and has great oysters and happy hour deals!

Went for Thanksgiving dinner and the valet was not helpful by any means and very rude. Not a good experience. I will be going back for any holiday celebration.

We loved our stay in June 2024. Of course, we visited when there were torrential storms which limited our exploring but room service, the hotel bar & gym and great location made our rainy stay awesome!

UPDATE - sadly even though this big corporation should be worth millions, THEY Do NOT GIVE A Sxxx. Today I received a generic letter, stating in short, you only noticed after you left the establishment, blah blah, and basically in a nut shell WE DONT CARE. Therefore no compensation. I am Disgusted, terrible customer service. No I am sorry about your car, nothing. So here are all the pictures of my car and MY evidence. I used the valet today, and guess what? Once I got home, I noticed scratches all alongside the right back hand side of my car. To be noted my car is or WAS in pristine condition as my Husband loves his cars and we regularly wash and polish them and care for them, big time. To say I am so upset is an understatement, especially as it is the Four Seasons for goodness sake. I have written to them today to see what they say. I am hoping for a good outcome. What peeves me is I spent money on their valet and then inside their establishment. I have lived in Miami for ten years now and have never ever had a valet problem such as this before. Beware!

This FS property is amazing! I came for Memorial Day Weekend. I had a blast. They have everything I love! The pool, the spa, restaurants, and tub in my room! I definitely look forward to staying here again. All of the staff were very helpful and respectful. Their graciousness is TOP TIER. Def 10/10b

The professionalism of the Four Seasons staff lives up to the hype. The rooms, amenities or food are dwarfed by true five star service that is always ready to go the extra mile and accommodate anything you need. They take their brand very seriously and it's pleasure to feel that passion at their establishments.

TLDR: This place was way too fancy for me, but it came in budget! ___ I had a two night stay here recently and must say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Check in was a breeze. Note that the check in isn't on the ground floor, you have to go up, and then check in. Then you take another elevator to your room. A bit annoying, but it's The usual in downtown hotels. The room was luxurious to say the least. The bed was a cloud. The linens so soft. The views incredible. Everything was great. With great luxury comes great charges. While the night stay was cheaper ($190 a night), it was an additional $50 a night to valet park. Staff was always so friendly and the location is great. Walked to get breakfast one of the days and there's plenty of places to eat/drink in the area.

Great hotel but really disappointed w the room service food. The pic is of an adult chicken quesadilla. Looked like a child's. The quesadilla, a can of Diet Coke and a bottle of still water was $52.

What can I say... the service is outstanding. This is my second time staying at this property and I was not disappointed. The staff refers to you by your last name. I was allowed early checkin and was treated great. The lobby is located on the 7th floor and they are relaxed with the COVID guidelines. You do not have to wear a mask. However, all staff are still wearing masks. My suggestion is to tip everyone. Not that it really matters, but I could not ask for a nicer experience. Oh and my room was spotless and the housekeeper made sure everything was tidy. And I always had an abundance of towels. They also have a plush robe and slippers. This added touch makes everything memorable.

My stay surpassed my expectations. The hotel is beautiful. The staff gave excellent service. They very welcoming and accommodating. The shallow palm pool w/ hammocks by day are so relaxing and a warm jacuzzi by night, what more could you ask for? You could lounge all day. A true getaway gem! I will definitely come back again.

I went here a while ago. This is a little bit delayed but I really love this hotel. The valet parking is expensive, this is true. The hotel is expensive. I got an amazing bay front room. The pools are fantastic the scenery is amazing and it's located close to almost everything. I cannot tell you how amazing the staff is. The hotel smells amazing and the staff is super accommodating anything you need they bring to you right away. The answer all questions and even when it's late night and they only have a specific menu they will make you anything you want. It might be expensive but I feel like it's worth the price if you want to splurge and treat yourself to great service and amazing rooms.. it's very clean.

Love this place !! Reasonably priced to be The Four Seasons Never knew this side of Miami existed and now I'm addicted. It's off the beaten path away from the yellow Lamborghinis of Ocean Dive and South Beach. A grown and sexy energy with a friendly staff and an attention to detail that the Four Seasons is known for .. The food was GREAT!! I practically lived at the pool such a beautiful space w AMAZING service, my drink was never empty and there were complimentary refreshments and such a creative Miami pool menu, the food was everything!! I had a suite and it was beautiful w a balcony offering two views.. shopping was a few minutes away and lots of local restaurants within walking distance .. had a wonderful spa service, the spa was very peaceful w lots of services to choose from, the highlight of my stay was the pool experience that includes their food. Five Star Property and Service across the board

Very symbolic. Who thought it was a good idea to put this in the hotel entrance? Seriously?

The police might as well be on staff - the cops come at least twice a night. I was there 3 nights. Each morning they locked me out of my room, and once took all my stuff. The lockers didn't work either - that was part of the CC fraud case. And don't bother asking for your deposit back. It's so messed up I saw the receptionist take a drunk guys money, give him beer, then call the cops to haul him away for being drunk. He was yelling "PUSSIES!!!!" As the cops shoved him in the car. Also the security guard seemed to disappear with a girl from the lobby during the late hours of the night. I believe in minding your business, b/ that's extremely unprofessional, & more importantly unsafe. These qualities aren't what I look for in cleaning, security, company policy, etc. The only saving grace was a very nice woman working the lobby, who tried to cheer me up & recommended a few places to go. Along with the location, Calle Ocho is 1 of the best parts of the city. They never kicked the moaning man out, he had to leave on his own accord. Considering he got away with this, any1 can get away with sexual harassment, & this company won't even respond to me anymore. It's quite dystopian. I shouldn't feel like I'm being annoying, or the company doesn't care, when I have suffered major problems. It wouldn't be hard to get ran over outside the hotel either, just to keep in mind. BREAKDOWN OF BASIC NECESSITIES THAT WEREN'T MET: No fridge in room, fridge in lobby was out of order. No snacks or gift items. Water pressure & heating system is extremely touchy & bad. Bad & unclear communication. Lack of care from seemingly everyone. You can hear EVERYTHING (ahem). Bad smell. Hard to sleep, light leaks into the room, the bed is uncomfortable. There is hair absolutely everywhere no exaggeration. Literally no room service. Unsafe security. Unreliable customer support. "You're on your own" attitude even down to servicing yourself in room service. Picture of old men's hands playing dominoes above the bed, (we all know what this implies), how about some fucking nature instead, huh? Horrible (inexistent) cleaning services. I would've done far better as a cleaning person. Dirty & gross, I left it with less hair, grime, & smell than when I got there. Stressful, isolating, & uncomfortable. THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS. No chill @ all, it's not a chill hotel. DON'T STAY HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN IN MIAMI & NOT SUFFER. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS, ARE OLDER IN AGE, WANT A MORE "MIAMI" LOCATION, ARE DISTURBED BY HAIR/GERMS, CREEPY SECURITY GUARDS, TENANTS. TAKE OFF THE ROSE COLORED GLASSES. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T GAF BESIDES THE FEW NICE RECEPTIONISTS, & THAT'S THEIR JOB. THIS HOTEL IS NOT NICE. I'D RATHER STAY IN AN AIRBNB, OR EVEN A DECENT MOTEL. TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA IS WORTH IT, IF YOU'RE VACATIONING TO MIAMI, @ LEAST MAKE SURE WHEREVER YOU'RE STAYING IS NICE. THOSE LEAVING 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE EXTREMELY IGNORANT, THEY LOVE THE ROSE TINTED GLASSES. REALISTICALLY, IT'S 2 STARS, @ MOST, 3 STARS.

My room doesn't have a working phone. The first room I was given didn't have drapes, a working television, or a working HVAC system -- which I tried to deal with by propping the window open with the "Welcome to Miami" book. The room they moved me to corrected everything except the phone. The hotel "bar" only serves beer and wine, and their menu is a photocopied 8.5x11 sheet cut into quarters. The bartender actually recommended the food truck that parks in front of the hotel. He made a good point. Set next to the Hyatt and within walking distance of the fairly well-appointed InterContinental, it's easy to be lulled into a false sense of "how bad can this place really be?" But please listen carefully: it's that bad. In fact, it's worse if you get room 803. Hotels normally park the really nice customer's cars out front; a hotel within walking distance of here had a Bentley and a Lamborghini parked in front of it. By no - at the River Park, it was a Mitsubishi and a late 2000's Honda. One of the elevators works reluctantly; the other has been on the 10th floor since I arrived yesterday. So if nothing else, the inspiration to use the stairs may help burn some calories and make up for the apparent lack of a workout room. It seemed fitting that I fell asleep last night to Vietnam-era war movies on the warm, cancer-inducing glow of the cathode-ray television in my room. It's not often that a place consistently has sub two-star reviews, but I get it. The River Park is just that bad.
