I ordered shirts for my company and worked with the co-owner personally. I had some reservations…read morewhen I was sent the image for approval because it was not big enough and centered on the shirt properly. When I asked I was told that the image is always smaller than it will be printed and that it would print larger. That was not the case. On the adult shirts the image was small and on the youth shirts it looked like ink was missing. All in all, I was stuck and out of more than $4,000; and it was too late to get the shirts ordered through another vendor because it was too close to the event. Just horrible!
