We rented a party bus for 20 high school seniors to use for homecoming night. We were told the bus has a party light system and sound system in the back. We were also told that they'd would be bottled water and soft drinks provided. The bus showed up with NO working sound system, water bottles room temperature and NO soft drinks. We spent over an hour and a half being treated horribly by the manager ( Sammy ) he screamed at us and eventually so there is nothing he could do to fix the sound system and he would just leave the kids stranded they could find their own way home. This went on for way over an hour. We were told her no other Party Bus is available for that evening and this was after spending $800 for four hours! We eventually drove back home 30 minutes to pick up our own portable sound system to get back to the location of the bus and were treated even more horribly at that point. I was only offered a refund of $150 after all of this has transpired. The customer service was completely unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Finally at the end of the evening, after all this transpired The kids were dropped off at the end of the night and told by the driver that they needed to clean the interior of the bus! We paid $800 to have it for our experience that was horrible! I hope to hear back from someone in a owner position. This experience was a complete let down after spending a lot of money! I've contacted the company several times. I do NOT recommend this company. It appears that they subcontract out to companies to provide transportation. read more

Rented two party buses with Global Limos for my wedding and received a text message the next day to confirm details so I hoped this was not a scam. However, I never heard back from anyone to finish details. The week of my wedding I attempted to contact the same person via text, tried calling the number, and attempted to chat on the website and no one ever spoke with me. Luckily, we were able to book with another company. Then, after the wedding I began receiving text messages and emails to review Global Limos over and over again. Every day for over a week. They were unable to contact me to confirm, but could blow my phone up with texts and calls about reviewing. Terrible service. read more

Tried to use this service for my sons senior prom. Booked a limo online and they sent me a confirmation with a reservation number and all. They required I upload my ID and credit card with them. Did all they asked and then never heard from them. I called a few days later and left messages. They never called me back. After finally calling and reaching someone to confirm my limo, he said they didn't have anything available! Never once called to let me know so I could have time to find something else. They just left me in the dark. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I was hoping this wouldn't happen to me, but I should have trusted the reviews about them. read more

Do not use this company. Event service was fine but I have been working to obtain my security deposit back for 3 months. Every time I communicate I am told they will follow up the next day and they don't. $250 is a lot of $. At drop off we were told everyone was fine. Ridiculous..this review could have gone the other way but over 5 communication interactions and NO action from them. Wonder why there are no reviews recently!!! Now you know. I would love to hear from someone in order to resolve this. They don't respond to email, voicemail or the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Agree one star is too much!!! read more

One star is to much ! We booked Global Transportation that also goes by C and L transport and many others. We booked them for our daughters wedding transporting guests from hotel to wedding venue. They never showed up left our guests to find their own rides then told us they had a power failure and couldn't get to us. One lie after another. Like other reviews Ali charged us 750.00 in July when we reserved them and then charged another 700.00 day before wedding saying it was a security deposit. This man is a crook and should be in jail. He's so good at lying he almost apologetic while he's lying to your face!!! As of two weeks we are still out 1450.00 We will be reporting this as much as possible but do yourself a favor and stay away! read more

My initial experience with Global Limousines USA / Dallas is great. I will follow up about our experience next week after our event to see if Global should maintain the highest marks. The following is correspondence I had via text with a competitor of Global Limo. Again this is not correspondence with Global but their competitor. "As a result I was sure I "Did Not" want to patronize Global's competitor." My group has elected to go with Global Limousines. We could not get passed the surprise service fee XXXXX XXXXX charged. We have never had this charge before. And to suggest that we not tip a driver to decrease our cost was uncontainable. Guess what!!! Global does not collect a ancillary service fee. They were able to provide better accommodations) for $500. That's 20% less than you. Or exactly what you advertised prior to me discovering the hidden additional service fee. This would bring my tab to 600 + gratuity (but you indicated a tip was optional). $500 for our excursion is an advertised deal from Global not special for us. We did not indicate to them that we had inquired with you or other competitors. We only wanted to be treated fairly. As I indicated the surprise service fee/tax is unfair. Chauffeur service is not taxable in Texas so tax should not be reflected as part is the service fee.Tax is due from contractors for their purchases to provide a service and should be included in the advertised price. Tax cannot be past to a consumer disguised as an additional fee. It must be enumerated. In most cases it cannot legally be passed to the consumer in this fashion under any circumstances. This is a hidden fee/surcharge - a way for companies to trick the unwary consumer into excess fees on a product or service that are advertised. The example "sales tax" which, again is not due for chauffeur service in TX or the tolls and fuel cost you indicated would be part of the service you offer. Unless substantial no additional fees should be charged. This unethical fee is a way to increase profit without raising the price of the actual item. "False Advertising". This is what should separate little companies from the big ones. Maybe the big companies would lose market shares if consumers new little companies weren't trying to stick it to them also. But, maybe I am talking to a big company that cares more about its bottom line than doing what is right. We have to decline the 20% savings offered off of Global Limousines offer. This tactic is also an unfair scheme to win back business that you lost because of underhanded scheming. Competitor's Response: Wish you the best of luck in your rental. 20% has been the standard in our industry for a ling time. You can ask level about that is you like. I told you we would offer you he best price and value for the bus but you decided to take your business elsewhere which I respect. Please observe we have used Party Bus providers in the past and they nor did Global Limousine charge the 20% which was indicated is the standard. And to offer to beat Global price after the fact is an additional faulty business practice. read more

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! One star is too much. I reserved hummer limo for my daughter sweet 16. I booked on November 10th for November 18 and was charged $900. On November 17 i got a text message cancelling my reservations saying the limo was in a wreck and full refund would be given. I have been calling and texting these jerks and they keep lying saying refund was given and to dispute with my bank. It's December 1st and no refund has been given and bank is in process of trying to refund but had to go through the whole fraud process. They are scammers and do not use this service. read more

I will NEVER do business with this company again!!! OMG, I've been trying to get Global Limousines (American Top Limo) to credit back my $900 since the 5th of December. After reading through other reviews it seems that Global Limousines' standard practice is to make extra money by charging your credit card multiple times. I am frustrated and very angry that this company has ripped me off for $900! Global Limousines charged my credit card another $900 exactly one (1) month after my original booking for a party bus. I rented the party bus on 11/5/16 which was paid in full prior to my event date. However, on 12/5/16 I noticed a charge for $900 pending on my debit card from Global Limousines (American Top Limo). I immediately contacted the company and spoke with Steve who stated that he was the manager. Steve's explanation for the unauthorized charge was that someone with the same name as mine booked a new reservation, the reservation system pulled my record and charged the credit card listed in my file. Steve/Ali then assured me that the duplicate charge would be corrected immediately. I also requested that my information be deleted from their reservation system. Mr. Ali Asif replied via email that everything was taken care of. As of 12/11/16 there's still no credit back to my debit card. I called the company again and sent an email inquiring about the status of the return of my $900. I was then told by Mr. Ali who stated he was the owner of the company that everything was taken care of on his end and that the process for the bank to credit my account could take up to 10 days. I asked to be reimburse via check. Mr. Ali/Steve went silent...no response. Therefore, on the 10th business day (12/19/16), I reached out to the company again via phone and email. I've received no replies to any of my messages. Someone finally answered the phone on 12/20/16 around 9:30am. The man on the phone said his name was Ali. The mind-blogging thing for me was that this Ali pretended to be clueless about the incident that I've been dealing with for the past 3 weeks. I explained reason for my call and his response was, "let me get back with you in 5 to 10 minutes". Nearly 24 hours later Mr. Ali emailed the following note: (On Dec 21, 2016, at 8:19 AM, Asif Ali, admin@globallimousinesusa.com, wrote: We will open ticket and we will see that what happen . Don't understand why it's not hit to your account still . Will get back to you Thank you). I will continue fighting for the return of my $900!
