Carrollton taxi provided a wonderful experience . I had to leave at 4:15 am to catch a 7 am flight. I called 2 days ahead and Thomas , was very professional and reassuring that he would not let me down. I received texts that taxi was on the way and when he actually arrived. Everything went perfectly. Thomas was very professional, friendly, and courteous . He was there at the airport a week later to take me home, again a very pleasant experience. called 3 times at 2 AM on a week night and all I get is a recording for a call back. Not what I expect from a taxi service.

I called them two hours before my flight. They kept sending me text messages that they were in front of my house ...they. Ever showed. Told me my address didn't exist. The man on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Even hung up on me two times. I am a flight attendant and travel all over the world. This company should not be on business. I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone. I have missed my flight and had to pay 600.00 extra dollars to get the next flight out. I've used Carrollton Taxi, for years. Tom, the owner, is very friendly, totally honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Furthermore, he is especially valuable in that he is the one I call on when I need to be driven to or from a hospital or clinic. The hospital nurses are picky who you go home with, as you need someone trustworthy. Tom will pick me up, drive me to the clinic, and if it doesn't take too long, will wait for me to finish. If it will take several hours, I can call him anytime, and he will pick me up as quickly as he can. I highly recommend him for a totally safe, reliable, and pleasant ride. read more

He is more that a taxi, his car is professional executive transportation, clean and well cared for, Tom is very personable and ON-Time for scheduled pickups. Once you are an established customer, you can book with him by email or text. He emails me my invoices which is very convenient when doing expenses. He texts when he is on his way for pick up. Greatest "taxi" experience I've had in awhile. Driver arrived promptly on time, with live updates via text that showed their location. The fare was comparable to a taxi, but instead of a taxi, I got a very nice, clean town car and a driver who knew the area and was well equipped to help with getting my wheelchair in the car. Not only did he arrive on time, but was able to pick me back up from my appointment within 10 minutes, and was nice enough to stop by the gas station for me on the way home. Uber or whatever might be cheaper, but it's absolutely worth a few extra bucks to have personable service, a clean nice car and a pleasant person to talk to who knows without using their phone as to where they're going. Local business also, which is a plus, they've apparently been in the Carrollton area since 1994. Will use again and highly recommend over any other service. read more
