It would be hard to praise my interaction with this company enough! We had a key, that if used too many more times, was going to break in half inside the deadbolt. And, a new/duplicate key, which another company made at their store, wouldn't even turn it. Because this was an outdoor lock, subject to the elements, we decided to just get a whole new deadbolt keyed with a corresponding knob/lock. Called a few locksmiths in the area with promise to come over and see what it will take to repair my lock as it won't open from inside. Everyone set up an appointment with me. This afternoon, I had the very unpleasant experience of locking my bottom lock and walking out of my home... Only to realize as I shut the door behind me that I didn't have my keys. I knew without checking my bag that my keys were sitting on my table. What a nightmare of a feeling. To make matters worse, I had to be somewhere in a little over an hour. Of course, I turned to Yelp to find a locksmith in my area. I'd used one several years ago, but I had to wait almost two hours for him to arrive and then waited over an hour for him to tinker with the door, tell me it was impossible to open, and then drill the lock -- costly and time-consuming. No, thanks. This company was third on the recommended list and a quick glance through the reviews convinced me to give them a call. I specifically asked if they could come now and they said yes. I was skeptical -- no way "now" meant within the hour (I'm clearly jaded). A few minutes later, I asked how long it would be until the locksmith arrived. I was told 15 minutes... He came in less than 10, and that's only because he had to look for parking. He went straight to work on the lock, using various tools to tinker with it. He must have used at least three. Meanwhile, I was behind him, nervously pacing. In much less than 10 minutes, the lock turned and the door swung open. WOW. I was honestly expecting him to tell me he needed to drill the lock, which would then force me to rekey it. Nope -- he knew exactly what he was doing and I am so grateful for his expertise.
