(i had broken my front door key in the lock and had not been able to use the front door for a couple weeks. (The only way I could get in and out was through my garage door). I purchased a project bike, 82 Honda without a key. Called "Global" after reading that motorcycles are their specialty. Talked to Lior, he was very professional. I had manufacturer code, so it's basically making a key per code, not rekeying. I also explained that it's not urgent, and I live in the neighborhood, and could stop by at his convenience, so he doesn't need to charge me service call, just key making. He said he can do it for $150. Called "Security Unlimited" on Parthenia and Sepulveda(a shop) after that. They made me a key for $15. Todd even spent a lot of extra time to make sure that brand new key works well in 30 year old lock. Works perfect now. Sorry Lior, professional or not, if you charge 1000% more than competition, that's 2 stars in my book. My advice to other Yelpers is:"If it's not urgent, don't go to ER, it costs more" Same goes for businesses. I was kind of upset, shop should have higher overhead than guy running business out of van, therefore higher prices. 1000% price difference was not expected. read more

We were lucky enough to have him swing by our new place the same day we called, and he re-keyed four locks in the back house.
