He has always explained what is happening to cause my pain, provides options for treatment, and ensures that I know what I need to do at home to help take care of the issues. The office staff has generally been very good about greeting me when I come through the door. I've not had any issues with any of the staff. I don't feel disrespected or ignored. Overall I'm happy with the care I have received over the years. Dr. Flood is the best doctor I have and I'm grateful to have a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients.

They've now just ignored my case after saying they'd check with my insurance multiple times. They just never have an answer or respond after this.
