Great Doctor! Wonderful service from the Doctor and his Staff. Highly recommend this office!

Are these reviews fake? This doctor and staff are just filthy people. Dismissive of pain and ignore requests for imaging. After asking multiple times to give me a referral for imaging, the receptionist became hostile towards me all from asking for treatment! They've now just ignored my case after saying they'd check with my insurance multiple times. They just never have an answer or respond after this. This is the type of place you'd find in some back alley. I would suggest avoiding at all costs. read more

Dr. Potach was extremely professional and very caring. I came in due to an ingrown toenail which was handled from the examination to the procedure in less than 15 minutes. No pain at all! Quick and easy. I was anxious at first but Dr. Potach was very friendly and helped ease my nerves with plenty of jokes and great conversation! The instructions I was given in order to further take care of my toe were clear and simple as well. He has taken care of my family for many years working with my grandparents and now me. Dr. Potach is a wonderful, caring doctor. My 4 year old son had some redness on his toe and I figured he just bumped it on something since kiddos are quite clumsy. After two days, and some googling, I called his pediatrician explaining that he probably had an ingrown toenail. They gave me 2 referrals but both doctors didn't have appointments until a month later, even after I explained the situation, they weren't willing to help or at least refer me elsewhere. So that's when I had to start researching. I really wanted a podiatrist who worked with children and after calling 2 more doctors, I was told the same thing, everyone was booked up for weeks. I finally extended my search further from home and found Dr. Potach. I was almost in tears when I called asking to be seen. Finally the front desk person said Dr. Potach would see me even though he didn't see patients that day. I was so thankful and went on my way. The office was clean, tidy, and the entire staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Potach was so gentle and sweet with my son. He definitely knew how to take care of his younger patients and I felt relieved very soon after meeting him. He told me exactly what he would do and why, and also explained insurance/billing before beginning the procedure. The numbing shot was difficult of course, being a 4 year old. He was crying and trying to get away. After the shot, another staff member ran in with a bag of chocolate to offer to my son and what kid doesn't like chocolate? :) It was so sweet of her and he calmed down very soon and gobbled up his candy bar. Dr. Potach told him he was sorry for hurting him but needed to give him the shot so he can help fix his toe. I never heard a doctor apologize to a child for hurting them (even though it was of course necessary) and I felt like that really calmed him and helped my son see that he was trying to help. After giving us a few minutes to eat our chocolate, he started working on his toe. My son had no issues and played on my phone and talked about cartoons the entire time. Before we knew it, he was all finished and his toe looked great! It has been a week and it has healed beautifully. A day or two after I gave him some Tylenol for the pain but he was completely normal after that. We actually have the follow-up appointment today and I told my son, and he said as long as he doesn't need another shot he will go. :) I am so thankful I found Dr. Potach and incredibly grateful that he helped us that day. I would like to thank an amazing doctor Paul Potach, DPM who helped my daughter with her foot problems. She is an figure skater with severe flat feet. Because of that, she always had an ankle pain and developed a haglund deformity. Throughout her life we went to see different doctors and only dr. Dr. Potach is really able to take care of ingrown toenails, and the procedure was really pain free- I'm not exaggerating! Many years ago I had an ingrown toenail and had it dealt with when I was in the Army. It wasn't a pleasant experience and is why I kept putting off getting my toe cared for. All those months I dealt with so much unnecessary pain...I read a lot of good reviews for the doctor and made an appointment. He explained what he would do, and getting numbed up didn't hurt at all. I think it took 25 minutes or so and it was all done. Later that evening the numbing solution wore off, but since the toenail was fixed, the pain was less than what I'd been putting up with for months! The following day, I was surprised by how comfortable my foot was. It has been a week and it feels great to have a normal pain free toe. If you've been putting off getting an ingrown toenail fixed, just don't. Dr. Potach is really good at fixing them. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Paul Potach. I had a piece of glass that was stuck in my foot which he was able to remove at his office. Although I didn't have an appointment, he was able to see me right away. The staff members are friendly and they even verified all of the coverage for the visit and procedures with my insurance. Dr.Potach is an amazing Dr. I have had an on going wart problem that got so out of control. My warts spread in between my toes and eventually to the next foot. I had tried cold freezing but that just aggravated the spread of my warts. The number and clusters grew to hundreds. Hopeless and ashamed of my awful feet (as most of us are self conscious about feet ) I made an appointment with Dr.Potach. He was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable on my "problem". I did have to take drastic measures (surgery) for my hundreds of warts. Surgery was my only answer. Dr.Potach nipped the problem right at the root and concluded my warts needed surgical removal rather than temporary freezing. With freezing my warts they would come back a week later and that was money wasted and embarrassment left on my feet. Dr.Potach removed hundreds of warts surgically and then lasered them so they would never come back. I had this surgery FIVE YEARS AGO and to this day I had not have one wart come back. I was VERY SATISFIED with Dr. Potach's Services. Not only is he nice but he made me confident with my outrages wart problem and I felt confident taking my socks off ,showing my feet, and wearing sandals. My experience with Dr. Potach has been very pleasant. Surgery was conducted on one of my feet in the WHL location (which was very convenient for me since it was in the same office location) a couple of weeks ago. From the beginning his staff and the doctor were very nice to me. Dr. Potach took his time to explain to me the process every step of the way. I have to say I haven't experience much pain. I'm still in the process of recovery, but I think I'll be on my feet in no time. Dr. Potach follows up with me every week to ensure my recovery is going well. I would recommend Dr. Potach to anyone who has any type of foot problems. A family member recommended him to me and I have had a great experience so far. read more

After many years of bunion issues and horrific calluses, I decided to finally have my feet looked at to see if surgery was needed. Dr. Potach was wonderful! He made two orthotic inserts for me, one for tennis shoes and one for dress shoes. I wore these for about 3 or 4 months, but sad to say surgery was my only option. I am now two weeks post-operative on my right foot and I experienced very little pain and no swelling. I kept my foot elevated at all times and wore a plastic cast cover when I took a shower. I did not take any pain medication AT ALL! I am waiting to have my left foot done in another 10 days. If I had known my experience with Dr. Potach was going to be this great I would have done this years ago. The only complaint I have with this type of surgery is you MUST make sure you can take your time and have lots of patience as you won't be able to do much for at least the first couple of weeks. My right toe is now straight as before it was overlapping on the second toe. I would recommend Dr. Potach 100%! Just wish I would have done this sooner!! I will now be able to wear good shoes without pain and walk further distance without pain. read more
