In the first place they can't work in Collier county because the license is suspended for stiffing customers like my case . Check with Collier County license contractor office (Call 239-252-2431 to report unlicensed activity) . Second if he work in yours property be aware!!! If an accident happens is yours problem because he do not have workers compensation. He already have 3 citations . In my case he pour 1 inch of asphalt for a medium duty truck and in the process he destroy my original driveway . He provided and pour dry asphalt check pictures mix with yellow dirt and claim the water will was it . Also the asphalt is not compacted and will start disintegrated . I ask another company with license and insurance to fix it and they have to remove all the B&w garbage dispos and do it again what will result a 8000 bill.
