We didn't know exactly when except September or October. Mike's response was, "THIS year?" He walked us through deciding on a date, and started work. I know this is a busy time for him; but within a few days, he had gotten us hotel reservations and air fare from both San Antonio and Sacramento. We requested either private or very small tours, although I wasn't sure such options exited. As with everything else, within a couple of days, he had a variety of tours that fit our criteria. We even had a detailed itinerary for every single day including time to lounge by the pool and hike. They also created detailed maps we downloaded on our phones to find the things we needed and things we didn't know we needed :) We weren't sure where to vacation this year and they even provided incredible location ideas.
