It has taken me 3 weeks to write this review, as I am overwhelmed by how much Mickie Kloskowski from Glass Slipper Concierge effected not only my trip, but my entire year. I am not much of a planner. In fact, the thought of planning a Disney vacation gave me a lot of anxiety. I am beyond thankful that a friend told me about Mickie! We began planning our trip in January 2017 with the expectation of traveling in September 2017 with another family (8 people total). Mickie was flexible, and worked around our schedules to ensure that we could all be there to begin to plan our trip. Obviously, Disney is not a cheap vacation, but Mickie listened to what we wanted out of our trip and offered viable and affordable suggestions for places to stay and things to do while we were in Orlando. When it came to making the reservations, Mickie took care of EVERYTHING! From the hotel, character dining, and fastpasses, she made our trip seamless. There is a science to planning these trips, and Mickie has it down!!! She even offered what I called "insider tips" on the best places to watch the parades and fireworks. After this experience, I was already impressed. But then, less than a week before our scheduled departure, Hurricane Irma wrecked through Orlando and we had to cancel our long anticipated family vacation. Already very disappointed, I wondered how I was ever going to reschedule everything. MICKIE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! She spent hours on the phone to reschedule and rebook everything so that we could have the same experience that we originally planned for. And to top it off, we received extra fast passes for our troubles--which were in no way, shape or form Mickie's (or Disney's) fault. To summarize, I would recommend Mickie from Glass Slipper Concierge to ANYONE who is planning to take a vacation. Our experience with her was life changing, and I don't think my vacation would have been half as good had she not helped. read more

Mickie was awesome and so helpful with planning our honeymoon. We decided less six months before our trip to do Disneyworld and she made everything so easy. My husband hadn't been to Disneyworld since he was a kid and was very hesitant, but after having Mickie plan everything we had an absolute blast. Neither of us has stayed on a resort or used the dining plan before, so we didn't know what to expect, but she answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and had us worry free. She helped with making dinner reservations for three of our four nights and picked the best restaurants. She also booked our room at Kidani Village at my husbands request for a nice resort. Her choice did not disappoint! Mickie gave us suggestions on where to stay, what fast passes were the most picked, and suggestions on things to do which was extremely helpful. I loved how we were sent reminders and a timeline as to when certain things had to be done before our trip. With Mickie's detailed itinerary our trip was completely carefree and relaxing. We will definitely be using Mickie for our future Disney trips and highly recommend her to anyone planning to go to Disney! read more

My husband and I decided to take our entire family (2daughters and 4 grandsons) on a once in a lifetime 7 night Disney cruise. A friend of a friend recommended Mickie from Glass Slipper Concierge and I was so glad she did! What a life saver! She handled every detail you could think of and when it was to our advantage to do something ourselves she let us know (and saved us money in the process). She booked our one night hotel at Disney World and then our town car to the ship the next day (which got us to the ship before the Disney buses so we could spend extra time at the buffet). She stayed up until midnight the night the excursions went on sale so she could be sure we all got to do the things we wanted. That was way above and beyond in my book! She gave us so many tips that the average traveler would not know. Loved the free Mickey bars! Yum! And she put up with my millions of questions and always had a smile in her voice. Mickie K. was our concierge with Glass Slipper. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Mickie in planning our Disney World Trip! She responded immediately to any questions we had. She worked with all our wishes and planned the best itinerary for our needs with a 5 and 3 year old. She made reservations for dining and fast passes. Mickie also organized our airport transportation, stroller rental, and advised us on easiest transportation between hotel and parks. Each day was carefully planned and easy to follow so we could make the most of each park and not backtrack and waste time. All her recommendations were perfect for our family. This trip was planned on short notice and Mickie managed to make all our wishes come true!! She started by helping us find a hotel that was within our budget. Shortly after we booked our trip, she found a promotion for a Dining Plan that Disney was running, and added it to our trip. Mackie Kloskowski did a fantastic job planning our trip to Disney World. My friend and I went with my daughter, son in law and their two daughters. This was a surprise trip for my granddaughters and their first time to Disney World. She handled all our reservations, from our resort on Disney property, our meal plan, character meet and greats, character meals, fast passes, everything! She even helped me with the limo reservation to and from Disney World. The itinerary she had for us was great! Where to go, what time to leave to get where we needed to be, what she thought we might like to do while waiting for our next reservation, how to get around the parks, which was a huge help! Even with how complicated Disney planning has become, I was able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation together. Our VIP Tour was so thoughtfully planned, from starting with Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway to ending the night watching the Happily Ever After fireworks from our VIP viewing area. Every part of the trip felt carefully curated for our family, and it made the entire experience feel so special. We spent two years planning a family Christmas trip to Disney World. Brittany guided us through the entire process from start to finish. The whole group of us (10 in all) had a successful trip starting with our fantastic Disney cruise to the Bahamas and ending with a stay in Disney World. Brittany was available every step of the way: from guiding us through booking our rooms, setting up dining reservations, getting us fantastic rooms with perfect views, and when one set of family members had a flight delay she assisted us with getting our transportation changed. I was very impressed with the level of services that I received. I had not been to Disney in over 23 years and I was very excited and overwhelmed to be planning a trip for me and my daughter. With that came tons of questions and research and more questions. Mickie was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and then some. This was the best vacation ever! It was our first cruise ever and we loved it! There was so much to do. Disney does everything just right. The crew on the ship were fantastic. They catered to our every need. They staterooms were roomy and clean. Loved the chocolate on the beds every night. The show were fabulous! Very professional. Well I wish I saw these below reviews about Nicole Spero before accepting a call with her. I found her to be cold and unwelcoming and I just couldn't believe it. Yes, we know very little about Disney. That's why I am hiring someone! She was very rude about the process as another review stated. Mickie planned everything for us, it was a great relief. Saved for over 13 years for this trip for the family and we were not disappointed! Had to hold back tears when the chefs came to our tables and let our allergic grandson order whatever he wanted, made especially for him! Until you have to deal with allergies, you don't know what it's like. We just had the best time! Now we have the souvenirs, pictures and memories!
