Recently, I wandered into the PGA Super Store and decided to try out three different brands of clubs. The associate helping me was incredible, so patient and knowledgeable. It turned out he was a retired air traffic controller, which explained his calm and precise approach. What stood out to me was that I wasn't being pressured to buy anything right away. Unlike other golf stores I've been in, there was no rush, no push to get me to make a quick decision. I later learned that the staff at this store aren't on sales commissions, and that made a huge difference. It's a stark contrast to places where employees are incentivized to move product quickly. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the store where I'll be buying my next set of clubs. The associate even suggested I bring in my current clubs for comparison before making my final decision. The store is large and has everything one would need to buy for the game of golf. Also, the value of having a staff that is helpful, courteous is worth the price. Watch out, I'm about to improve my handicap with a new set and probably become much more competitive against those players scoring 80 and below who have been kicking my butt.

I wanted to buy my son some north face or Patagonia jackets but the prices were just about 30$ too high for how much kids clothing should be so we went with the REI brand which we are super happy with the price of & hope they hold up. I really wished they had some cute women's jackets similar to the kids ones, they lacked cute colors pink purple green HELLO, and the adult jacket pocket style was a bit different. I don't buy items with metal zippers that can rust or bang around in the washer dryer and get nicked. BEN worked really hard to sign us up for the membership which we hope will afford us some coupons in the future and SOPHIA was very nice as well, letting us hold an item to purchase the next day and maximize our benefit of signing up for the membership. We interacted with several other employees who were so nice and also were very understanding about my little boy who was wanting to pretend to do some cooking near the camping stuff. It's a really big store so I can see why some other people have said they were approached several times and I actually appreciate that much more than having to look for someone. In a big store this is the difference between a customer just saying oh well and walking out since the plaza brings in lots of browsers. I would be so happy to have these people working for me as they took every opportunity to inform, ask fact finding questions, offer products, have relevant conversation, show interest in my child. As someone who spent around 15 years in retail & retail management this was so very nice to see.

Fit2Run has the worst return policy of any business my wife and I have ever dealt with. My wife…read morebought a pair of shoes and then quickly returned them because they didn't quite fit right. They would only give a store credit which is not optimal but ok. However, several times my wife went back and they either did not have her size or a shoe she liked. Then she found out she could only apply $20 of our money, their store credit, to her purchase. So she had to purchase other items and spend more money to use up her credit on money she originally spent at the store. Needless to say, this is the last time we will ever buy anything at this store. We had joined their buying club and we had made purchases many times before. The manager didn't care about losing us as customers and even told my wife he was doing her a favor because their policy only allows them to apply $20 per day in sore credit...which means she would have had to go there 4 times to use the full credit! For your own sake do not shop at this store because if you have to make a legitimate return you will pay for it!
