Fit2Run has the worst return policy of any business my wife and I have ever dealt with. My wife bought a pair of shoes and then quickly returned them because they didn't quite fit right. They would only give a store credit which is not optimal but ok. However, several times my wife went back and they either did not have her size or a shoe she liked. Then she found out she could only apply $20 of our money, their store credit, to her purchase. So she had to purchase other items and spend more money to use up her credit on money she originally spent at the store. Needless to say, this is the last time we will ever buy anything at this store. We had joined their buying club and we had made purchases many times before. The manager didn't care about losing us as customers and even told my wife he was doing her a favor because their policy only allows them to apply $20 per day in sore credit...which means she would have had to go there 4 times to use the full credit! For your own sake do not shop at this store because if you have to make a legitimate return you will pay for it! read more

As the only dedicated running store in the area, I have to say I am VERY disappointed in the service and integrity of this business. I recently joined the local running club and was excited to use my club discount. I went in specifically to buy new running shoes, and I was helped by a friendly couple of people who gave me a ton of advice on which shoe was for what purpose--long distance, road races, etc.--and gave me some recommendations. Great start. I chose a pair for the price and the brand, and I also grabbed some socks and smaller items. When I finally checked out, I was feeling pretty happy about spending so much for shoes and snacks. When I noticed the price of my shoes wasn't what was in the display label, I was told that the labels are wrong and need to be updated, but the storm messed up their system and their printer didn't work. I was told they could not honor the display price. Period. Ummm, what? Still, it was a decent members-price for new shoes, so I bought them anyway. After leaving the store, though, the excuse for not honoring a listed price didn't sit well with me. I looked closer at my receipt, contemplating going back to speak to a manager. Wouldn't you know it, two other items were charged incorrectly. I mean not even the non-club prices were correct on the gel packs! What is going on here? When I returned to the store just a few minutes later, though, the manager who helped me at the register gave me an entirely new excuse for not charging prices that are listed on displays, labels, and packages! Not once did he offer to correct the price and give me the listed/advertised prices, just that it's "inflation" and their needing to update all the store prices!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I wonder how many other people walk out thinking they paid a lower price than what they saw in these already pricey products!! read more

I guess I am one of many who found the customer service lacking, basically non existent. I had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even ask me if I needed assistance. The same employee then disappeared into the stock room for 10 plus minutes so I left the store. I feel I could have waited 30 more minutes and I'd have never seen her again. These employees not only lack knowledge of the products they are selling, they just don't care to do their job and help customers buy shoes. I went there to 100% walk out with a new pair of running shoes at $150 - $200 and I was unable to make a purchase. This seems to be a common complaint at this store. I visited this store in my quest for that perfect running shoes. I had to work that day and when I googled the address to this location, it says I will arrive 30 minutes prior to closing. I called before and spoke to an associate named Lara on the phone and she told me not to worry as there are two associates working at the time. I drove here quickly and even arrived 10 minutes faster, I saw Lara with a customer and she told me the second associate were on his break. After waiting about 10 minutes, Lara offered to help me in between her other customer. She was super friendly and helpful. She had me step onto the foot scanner and walked on the treadmill so she can watch the way I run with the camera. It was really cool! She did this while helping the other customer of hers. She brought out two pairs of shoes and later brought another. While the shoes felt great, I wanted to try on more shoes. Unfortunately, by that time it was already closing time. I used to work in retail and I know how it felt to have customers still in the store when it's your time to go home. I feel really bad not getting anything, especially since how helpful Lara was. I figured the least I can do is leave this positive review of how great and helpful she was, even when having to multitask between customers. Thank you Lara! read more

I would give 100 stars if I could. Went in the other day and bought a pair of Hoka shoes, ended up ordering them from another store because they didn't have my size. Came in today and were bigger than I thought ,so I brought them back in to see what we could do. I should've known better than to wear the shoes back to the mall because once they're worn you can't return them. Upon this realization that I couldn't get my money back/ they didn't carry a 5.5, I was very agitated and a honestly little rude to the employees, THEN I just started crying in the middle of the store. Having a meltdown in the middle of a shoe store is embarrassing, but the employees were all really nice and understanding. Makayla brought out a few pairs of shoes for me to try on, she was a literal angel. Meanwhile if you go into the Journeys next door they seem annoyed when you ask for a pair of shoes lol. Not once has anyone come up and asked if I needed any help as I'm staring at their shoes or their sunglasses or clothes. I had a very bad experience at this location! I hadn't been to Fit2Run in a while because the location in wellington was just a bit too far for me to go to more regularly but i always loved going there. When I found out about that there was another fit2run in palm beach gardens I was super happy. I went in with high expectations and was very unhappy when I left there. I'm assuming the store manager, Jennifer, greeted me promptly which was nice enough but was kind of pushy from the start. I really just wanted to buy a new pair or running shoes and get the analysis done as it was but when Jennifer greeted me she practically forced me to do the analysis without me really getting to say much. We got it done and then it came time to try on shoes. The ones that were brought out were ok but not what i was really looking for but Jennifer said that these were the ONLY ones that'd be good for me and that was it. I understand the difference between a support shoe and a neutral shoe but she wasn't listening to what i was really looking for. On top of that, she kept forcing more and more products down my throat, again without me really being able to say much. Finally at the end of my experience, I said I just wanted the shoes and she STILL tried to sell me more products. Just to get out of there I bought several of the items she kept trying to sell me and in the end I ended up going back to the Wellington location and returned everything i bought there. I explained to them what had happened and they were so much nicer in that location and actually listened to me. Mark introduced himself to me as the new store manager and set me up with one of the sales people and what really made me happy was that everyone was so nice to me and actually listened to my needs! Not only did they help me find the right pair of shoes but they also showed me other products and I didn't feel forced in any way shape or form to buy them and I ended up getting them in the end too. I'll never go to the Gardens location again even though it's much closer to where i live read more
