I love the game, the social aspect of it, and hitting a ball hard when I want to blow off some steam. Recently, I wandered into the PGA Super Store and decided to try out three different brands of clubs. The associate helping me was incredible, so patient and knowledgeable. It turned out he was a retired air traffic controller, which explained his calm and precise approach. What stood out to me was that I wasn't being pressured to buy anything right away. Unlike other golf stores I've been in, there was no rush, no push to get me to make a quick decision. I later learned that the staff at this store aren't on sales commissions, and that made a huge difference. It's a stark contrast to places where employees are incentivized to move product quickly. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the store where I'll be buying my next set of clubs. The associate even suggested I bring in my current clubs for comparison before making my final decision. The store is large and has everything one would need to buy for the game of golf. Also, the value of having a staff that is helpful, courteous is worth the price. Watch out, I'm about to improve my handicap with a new set and probably become much more competitive against those players scoring 80 and below who have been kicking my butt.

Some things I have in my home from there at all times are: applesauce, canned tomato products, cases of water, baby wipes, activia yogurts, bananas, canned beans, butter, eggs, chocolate chips and more. Prices on some things here are really good, much less than other stores and quality is good. If you like to bake then definitely get your stuff here like they have cartons of eggs for less than $1.

I met Blake and his wife Tabbi who are small business owners last year. The place is very classy for a sport card shop. Organized very well, by sections of sports as well as Pokémon and magic. Blake also hosts a card box break for one person as well as a group that bid on the teams. Prices are very fair and he has televisions so people can sit and chill. Every time I'm here, it's always busy and full of kids and adults. I highly recommend this place to take your family to. They also offer a PSA grading where they will set you up and help you send your cards in for grading. Awesome place!!

I like to support LGS over big retail stores so I made the trip here but I'm sorry 140$ for an elite trainer box is just rediculous. I've been all over this last week and this is actually the most marked up I've seen this product out of the 25 or so spots I've visited. Went to target immediately afterwards and got 2 of them and bought myself lunch all for less than they were charging for 1. I'd really like to hope that this is the price I was given because I was a newer face and they didn't actually do this to their regular customers. It actually is a cool store in a good location, there's no need to screw your customers over for a bit more profit. It only damages your reputation in the community and ensures people won't come back. I walked in there ready to pay 100$ or so which would've been around a 40$ mark up just to support them over a retail giant. I was floored when I heard them say 140. This is more than 200%. Customers deserve better especially when they are knowingly paying more to support your local business and I hope more people make their voices heard with their wallets instead of just sitting back and letting this place take advantage of them because they want to "do the right thing" and support their local LGS. If nothing else the experience was very eye opening for me and brings me closer to understanding why so many people are abandoning their local card shops and just choosing to brave the storm that is buying retail in a crazy market. I'll probably give this place one more chance since they are located so close; but one more experience like this and it's probably retail for life for me. Sorry to have to report these facts. When our touchscreen of our home elliptical wasn't responding I asked the manager of our community…read morewho do we use to fix our fitness equipment. She responded Top Notch and I can see why. Annette was very professional when I made the appointment for 2 days later as that was when the repair technician would be in our area. Mike Flynn came over and said that it needs a new keypad and he believes that Octane fitness (the maker of our elliptical) only sells the console containing the keypad as a single unit. I also gave Mike a copy of our original invoice since he said that it still may be covered under warranty. Annette called me a few days later with some good news; the console was covered under warranty for parts. They would order the part and when they knew it would be delivered call to set up an appointment. I asked Annette if she knew how much the console would be if it was not under warranty. I mentioned that this could wait until we set up the appointment. 15 minutes later she called back saying that it would be $930 for a new console. She also gave me the lowdown on warranties saying what the warranty was if purchased (I believe it was 1 year) vs replacing it under the warranty (the remainder of the original warranty) I found her to be very helpful in general as well as setting up the appointment to install the new part. Mike Flynn came over this morning to install the new part. Both times, I found him to be knowledgable, personable and professional. He obviously knows what he is doing. While their service is not cheap ($185 + tax for each visit) it was money well spent. Hopefully I won't need another repair to our elliptical but if I do or if someone needs a recommendation, I will recommend Top Notch Fitness.
