The day of the birthday the face painter arrived 5 minutes late. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I would of preferred for him to be set up and be ready to go at the agreed upon time instead of having to set up during the hour I had paid for,but I was not going to worry about that. The part that really upset me was that the balloon maker showed up 5 mins Before the hour I had paid for ended. I reserved them from 11:45-12:45. She arrived at 12:40. I even called the owner and she told me she was very flustered and was late to her own event, she then hung up on me and I had to call her back. This was all during my son's party. You can say I was not pleased. I found out that the face painter was the father of the balloon maker and he said his daughter got lost. Considering her father found the house with no issue, at least he said he had no problems finding it; I'm confused why she didn't just ask her Dad for directions since they were working the same party. Later that evening I spoke to the owner. I will say she is very nice, she understood and agreed that I would not be paying the rest of the balance considering I didn't get what I ordered. She did say she would give me a voucher for an hour of free balloon twisting that was good for one year. I have yet to receive that. I can not in good conscience recommend this company. We had a set schedule that was completely thrown off due to the balloon maker showing up an hour late. This pushed all the other events and unfortunately some of the guest had to leave before the end of the party since it was running behind schedule.

The duo showed up early, expressly made sure each kid was pleased before packing up, and their work was amazing! One parent commented that she had never seen her kids stand so quietly in a line while waiting their turn for anything like they did for them. We had our party at Monster Mini Golf which is completely under black lights. I asked before hand if there was face paint that would pop in that situation, they not only obliged but came ready with balloons that looked iridescent in the lighting as well. I loved that they were willing to personalize the occasion like that. And in the spirit of personalizing at a monster themed party, the face painter pulled no punches when it came to glow in the dark zombie faces. And she was fast! The kids, and adults watching their kids, were amazed. We even received comments from the employees at the venue for having the extra entertainment, the kids never had a chance to get 'bored' between activities. I think next year I'll just hire them to come and do their work in a park, or heck, maybe an empty parking lot, because they stole the show.

Then the face art to add at touch of flare to them. I don't let my daughters wear make up normally (not ever playing with it. We do not know a lot about Quinceaneras and we were planning one for our daughter so we were very nervous. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and he made us feel at ease and comfortable going into it. It turns out he walks the talk because everything went well during our Quinceanera with him as our DJ. He was organized with the flow of things and with us speaking and even with the serving of food announcements etc. He even played excellent music that all the teens and everyone were up dancing until the end. Overall it couldn't have turned out better. We are very happy that we went with him for our Quinceanera and fully recommend him without hesitation!

Of all the things I had to plan from abroad, the flowers were the most difficult because I have limited knowledge of kinds of flowers and we had to work hard to make sure we were on the same page w/ colors and such. But again, it was an unusual situation. I used Ann's daughter as my photographer, which is how I found out about her services. They're both based in the San Antonio area, however with my travel schedule I wasn't able to meet with her in person pre-wedding. But after seeing her work on her website and speaking to her, I felt Ann had a solid grasp on floral arranging and serving weddings. The flowers were driven up to Lake Buchanan from Boerne with our photographer, and Ann had them properly prepared for travel and beautifully labeled. She definitely paid attention to detail. The arrangements made it through the whole day looking beautiful the entire time. In the end, Ann met my expectations and I was really pleased with everything!

I was looking for someone to do my daughters fourth birthday cake and found this business. Jo's…read morebusiness has many great reviews and photos on Facebook and I decided to meet with her to discuss what she could do for my daughters party, Plus she's done cakes for family members of mine before and I thought they came out great. Jo does a lot of things for parties that include everything from providing baked goods to personalized decorations to having characters at parties. So I decided to hire Jo to do the cake, cookies, centerpiece and a small backdrop. At the meeting we had, we went over all the little details and I felt real confident with everything she was proposing to me and everything was fairly priced so I was happy about doing business with her. So fast forward to today, we meet up and I put everything in my car, I briefly looked everything over and drove off. When I get home to see everything in the light, I am highly disappointed in the cookies, it looks like my 4 year old daughter made them. I am not sure if it was rushed or pure laziness but they are in no condition to give to our guests. I don't take Jo to be the lazy type so I'm going to go with rushed. I did reach out to her and I am waiting to hear back from her. One thing I want to say about everything she made for me (minus the cake) is that I could've done it better myself. Im really bummed to have to write a not so great review but I believe it is necessary to bring up the quality so that she is aware. Idk who helps Jo with putting everything together but she needs to higher somebody that has higher standards.
