There were game machines as well and a small area for toddlers. There was even a small theater. The issue was that it all looked old, with some things held together with duck tape. It also didn't look clean. Not to mention that they didn't have any air conditioning We were looking for a play place that we could visit routinely when we are in town. This wasn't it. I purchased a pogo pass and used it today to bring my boys. We have come here a few times before with friends and my boys truly enjoy it. The environment is great with a bunch of happy kids running around while the adults sit and converse. Workers are always continuously walking around cleaning with Clorox wipes and sanitizing all surfaces. This jump house is the only one I've taken my kids to and they have never gotten sick afterwards due to the continuous cleaning of the employees. My only issue is that they are so expensive. For an individual bag of chips, I paid over $3. My advice to anyone who comes here is to be prepared for the high prices unless you pack a lunch and bring it. read more

Nice lil spot for a youngins birthday. This space keeps a list of names of those who arrived. They seemed on point with disinfecting tables and cubby area but not so much in the arcade area. They seem to have great staff who keeps to schedule - a plus. As a guest, only issue I saw was that there didn't seem to be communication on where guests could hang out at after we moved out of the reserved party area - felt more appropriate for me and mine to leave. First of all, great customer service. I see the workers hustle and make this place enjoyable for everyone here. The level of security is not high tech but they make it to where you cannot leave without your child. The place is clean and well put together considering all the kids running around. Kids enjoy jumping on the inflatable castles they have until they have drained all their energy from their little bodies! This location appears to have security in place to keep kids from leaving unsupervised or leaving with the wrong adult, however, during our last visit a 9 year old in our party was able to just walk out the front door to meet a friend who had ice cream. After a few minutes of not seeing her run back and forth we went to investigate and found she was wandering the mall. Luckily she was safe but this place used to be so great because I could get some work done and trust my kids were contained and entertained but not anymore. I purchased a $10 game card and we played 5 games. Received no tickets either. The movie area has a few couches but it's not dark enough too see the movie and too loud to hear anything. It was our first visit and I regret not taking my little there sooner on all the previous invitations we've had. Inflatables, arcade games, lay down movie theatre, prize counter, an aboundant amount of tables and seats, and full snack bar. There is a dedicated 5 and under area for the younger kiddos. Your group of littles could spend good amount of time here. We easily spent 2 hours. The place is a little older but one can tell they try to keep it up and clean. While I was there, I observed 2 inflatables being cleaned and I thought, "wow someone had an accident in not one but 2 inflatables?" So I asked the employer and she said they clean them out on a rotation all day. Although we did not eat here, the menu prices were not bad. This location of Inflatable Wonderland is wonderful! I'm sad it's all the way in San Antonio because I would bring my kid here all of the time if it were closer. The IW location in the Lakeline Mall in Austin could learn a few things from the SA location for sure! Here's why this Inflatable Wonderland is fantastic: -Lots of space for the kids to run around. It's nice not to be right on top of one another when kids are running around like maniacs. -Lots of places for the parents to sit and watch the kids. There's no fighting for seats and no one has to be cramped. Big plus! -A special 5 and under area with several different activities. It's nice to have a place for the littles to go and not get trampled by the bigger kids. -On top of the bouncy houses, they have other fun events going on like puppet shows, dance parties, etc. My kid loved all of the activities. She said it was so much fun to do more than just jump. Fantastic, I say! -Decent snack bar. They have easy snacks like chips and popcorn for a quick bite. They also have hot food like pizza, chicken wings, and others if you need a bit more to eat. -They let you come and go throughout the day. This was great because we left to go have lunch and then went back afterwards for another 2 hours. It's very nice, thanks IW! -The price is decent for all of the fun stuff you get to do ($10).
