NOTE: To anyone with gluten-free & dairy free kiddos or guests, this place charges $60 for bringing outside food in. We had a group of autistic kids that can not have gluten or dairy and that didn't matter to the company. They still felt it was necessary to charge this amount-- even if we were to order some regular pizzas from them it didn't matter. The icing on the cake is the bathrooms only have 3 stalls which "2" are out of order and the bathroom itself looks quite trashy. See photos that I've provided. Helpers for room were pleasant. My party turn out was great. I'm glad me and my wife split the payment in half because it's pretty expensive. But was it worth it? Yes, my daughter could not stop smiling all the kids came and enjoyed every second of it. Even when the pizza came out they still wanted to go back and play haha. We arrived like 20 mins before party time. And when we arrive there was no body to be FOUND. Like nobody, a purse in the front , the manger door open. Like what !! Somebody could had easy robbed them. Pump It Up is probably named for its two rooms filled with inflatable bouncing playground s. The kids and I have been here several times and it has always worn them out tremendously. You can ride the slide, go through the jungle gym, play boxing, or shoot hoops, all while bouncing around the room. Even adults can take breath and go play because for every group that enters the room, there are at least two attendants that call children out on misbehavior. The down side: #1 Star removal comes because this is strictly a birthday party place. You bounce for an hour and then you go into a room with a King/Queen chair and eat cake and pizza. #2 Star removal - As birthday parties go, I believe it is a bit too costly and too rushed. I wish upon a star that Pump It Up would open its doors to the public on certain days and charge $5 a head. Until then, I will probably just stick with an inflatable delivered to my home. read more

First off I just want to say Thank God I didn't show up to this place on my dime! The light on the Pump it up sign outside wasn't on so that made it very hard to find/see. It's basically at the dollar tree. From the moment I walked in the door. This place looked and felt dirty. The front area seemed dirty and not like a kids play place. It felt more like a night club entrance. Lol Lights were off or broken in the area they allowed us to play. The water machine was broken, The photo booth was broken, there wasn't any toys in the machine thing I'm sure that thing was broken too. The chairs and tables looked dirty. Nothing seemed to be in place/working. The pictures online looked nothing like what I saw in person yesterday 1/28/23 that's 4sure. I didn't know the photo booth was broken so I spent 10mins trying to find someone to give me change just so I could use the dang thing. A sign on it would of been nice! There's no ATMs. To me, this place felt dark and dirty. No music playing, some kids music would of been nice. I definitely wouldn't spend more then $100 (if that) for my son to play here. This venue is incredible. To start, Pump It Up as a whole is extremely well-run. I received an email and text reminder a ~few days ahead of time and a call from a positive, up-beat, off-site employee to go over any questions I may have. The location is not perfect, in a strip center, next to a Dollar Tree; however, this was a non-issue. The employee at the front to greet us was very nice and led us right back to our party room (we even arrived early and were able to set up- a god send for this Type A planner). Our group had 35 minutes in one room, 35 minutes in another, then 50 minutes in the party room (food/cake). In the first two rooms, the employees helped me keep track of time and led us between the rooms when our time came to an end. We loved having the play rooms to ourselves. The balloon drop feature was out of service, but we did do the bubbles. The floor/carpet is a little sticky from the bubbles in that area, but not something any of the kids noticed or cared about. Everything else was very clean. Our party room host was Juanito. I cannot say enough good things about him- he was wonderful. He is very good at his job and knew exactly what I needed, before I even knew. He kept me updated on time, helped with the cake (I think would also help with the food we brought, but I said everyone would just help themselves), was very attentive without being annoying, and was very positive and up-beat. All in all, our experience was amazing and I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone. read more

Great place to take the kids for open play time - we haven't been here for a party yet but we can see planning one in the future. The lady that usually opens, possibly the manager isn't personable. She doesn't welcome you in or great you - usually the first thing I hear is the price or if I am coming in w passes. This has been the situation the last three times I've come in- once check in is complete she seems to relax a bit "have fun room A" etc. the rest of the staff is fine, nothing too exciting or fun. Equipment seemed clean but I've found random stuff on the floor @ a 9am toddler session. A screw, broken fake finger nail, candy wrappers etc. how much cleaning is happening prior to opening? We had my son's second birthday party here. The staff was VERY nice and helpful! We had a total blast. I almost killed myself on the American gladiator type inflatable in Arena B, but other than that, I've never had so much fun! We have done both open jump, hosted birthday parties and been guests at many birthday parties at pump it up and my kids still enjoy going! The staff is awesome and full of energy. I like that you get a private party and do not have to stress over anything; they handle it all! One extra special thing that Angelica did for our last party is help play songs that matched our theme and even took a couple requests from the guests while we had pizza and looked at the pictures the staff took during our party. We just had a party there in Sept. and the kids had a blast. What I liked even better was the fact that adults could play. Pizza is a bit pricey so we just brought in snacks. They do have a open play a few times a week. I can't remember the days they have it but it's posted on their website. I also noticed people cleaning all the time. For having as many people in there each day I would have to say they keep it really clean. Staff does great playing with the kids and making the birthday child feel special. I will return! read more

My husband and I were reluctant to keep our reservation for our daughter's birthday party, and we were also worried it would be cancelled due to the pandemic but we were assured that Pump-It Up was taking proper precautions to ensure the community's safety. The staff was absolutely amazing! The facility was very clean. I did take notice of the staff disinfecting all the equipment as we were moving on from one room to the next and I was even more relieved. The two staff who specifically assisted with our party were extremely and professional, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We just left a party where staff members were PUSHING KIDS, rude to parents, didn't provide everything that was paid for in the party package, didn't show party pictures on the screen, rolled eyes at adults and kids, argued about taking a group photo, yelled at kids, etc, etc, etc. When I spoke to the manager after the party, she cut me off and wouldn't even hear my concerns because someone else had already reported concerns. If I could give this facility zero stars I would. I booked a graduation party for my 18 year old and her friends on 4/25. I have hosted many parties at pump it up in the past and "adults" jumping on inflatables had never been a problem. The current website even offers events for family reunions- which would lead you to believe that adults jumping on inflatables is again, not a problem. After booking and paying the deposit on 4/25, I get a phone call on the evening of 5/29, over a month later and less than two days before party, with a worker stating they were canceling my party because my daughter was too old to have a party at pump it up. I'm not going to lie, I went bananas. Ultimately they stated that they are short staffed and that even if they could find staff to work my party, my daughter is still too old. I pointed out that they have kept my money for a whole month and called me last minute. She said they didn't want to refund my money until they had a chance to tell me they were canceling my party and that they had tried to call a week earlier but didn't reach me. I pointed out that they had not bothered to leave a message if that was true. Ultimately they refunded my money and I booked the day before the party at House of Air. They were AMAZING. Will NEVER use pump it up again. read more

Customer service is a joke. I never post reviews but I have made sure to post a terrible review on every single outlet I've been able to login on. The staff ripped open a letter my 4 year old got for his birthday and stole money out of it. Manager denied denied denied and then proceeds to start arguing with me. I wouldn't recommend having your kids party here, but if you do, make sure the cart of gifts stays within your eyesIght. They like to push it around for you pretending to help. Pump It Up now allows open play, not just birthday parties. It's $7 per child, and socks are required. This is a great place to let kids run around and burn off energy if it is too hot or raining outside. I would recommend going early for the little kiddos, by noon the place is already getting more packed and the decibel level rises considerably. There are attendants that roam around to enforce rules, but I wouldn't really rely on that. The rooms have huge inflatable slides, but there is also a smaller inflatable obstacle course. It would be nice if they sectioned at least one of the inflatables for 5 years and younger or something like that. Big kids have run of everything and it can scare off the little kids. There is also a section with Imagination Playground and that is a huge hit! (I wish I could fit a set of those in my house!) I haven't booked a party here, so not sure how service is with that, but for open play it's a cheap fun option. read more

1st time here, we didn't know about the 90 minute windows and they were also closing in 35 minutes but I still wanted my kids to go. They had a blast and were only in one room! I didn't even know there was a whole other room, we will definitely coming back maybe for even 2 hours and yes I'll pay the extra $ lol. So worth it and it's "safe" having 1 kid at a time! I've held and attended many parties at a different location of PIU and have never been disappointed. Today's party at this location was absolutely ridiculous. Staff appeared disorganized from the first room. The host seemed disinterested and kept leaving the room. Very few pictures were taken at all. Once in the party room we started with 2 hosts, one of them couldn't manage to light the birthday candles and a mom finally got up to help. We lost that host then and the other started to serve pizza to the kids, but it was taking so long a dad finally got up to help serve the kids. One of the hosts came over to tell me we only had 20 minutes and if I wanted to open presents later, no, my kid wants to open presents now, her friends would like to see her open the gifts they brought her. So she has about 4 gifts left and the host comes to tell me time is up.... A mom goes to get the manager who says we can finish gifts for no charge. Then I go to leave, they tell me I still owe... She says they upgraded me to the 20 kid package... Ummm no, we had 16 kids, 4 kids that made it 20 were 1 hour late and didn't even get to jump, she says, but ma'am they were here the 2nd hour and we served them...you mean parents who were guests serve them. As I'm leaving I see the manager, she tells me, yea, this is a different location and our prices are our prices... Really?!? Don't ever ever ever go to this location! read more

I took my daughter for a party. Happy to say I personally didn't have to pay for this. Many of the inflatables were patched with clear packing tape. Several items damaged and still left around the area. Employees were easily irritated if the kids didn't move from one area to the next quickly enough. Customer Service is horrible. They booked a party for my twin's birthday party (which I had a coupon for), took my deposit and then later that day called to tell me that not only could I not use my coupon but that I would also need to "upgrade" the party type for the time and day I chose - basically doubling the price of the initial party I booked. The manager, Kyle Spiner, offered the coupon on the expensive upgraded party but wouldn't honor the orignial agreement AT ALL. In fact, in a condescending tone, asked if I had read their policies on their website. When I answered no and stated I was just following what HIS staff told me, he said the employee I spoke with would be reprimanded but that he was not going to do anything for me. I had already confirmed with atleast 6 children for my twins birthday party and the manager should have honored our initial agreement. Completely unprofessional. I cancelled the party (purely based on the horrible, rude customer service I received) I will not have any parties there in the future and I would NOT recommend doing business with them. read more

I had my daughter's 6th bday party at Pump It Up, and it was hands down the best party that I've thrown for her! The staff was awesome and very organized. I literally showed up, had fun, and went home. They took care of everything including setting up the party, cleaning up afterwards, interacting with the guests, and they even loaded our gifts into our cars after the party. Our host, Ty, was very friendly, helpful, and just a very nice person. I would recommend this to anyone looking to host a kid's party. It was a little pricey, but compared to other parties that I've thrown, it really wasn't that bad. I will definitely see them again next year! read more

We recently moved to the area, and saw this place announced on a website saying there was a buy one get one free open play, so we decided to check it out. The woman at the front desk pretended she didn't know what I was talking about, and when I showed her the add, she gave me an attitude. Then she didn't want to take my credit card, but she ended up taking it because they do take credit cards. She was rude and condescending, and for that I should get it only one star, but I'm being generous because my 6 and 8 year old had fun after all. However, the price is too high for the amount and quality of the inflatables in there, and for only one and a half hour of play. We are not going back. If the lady at the front desk had been nicer and helpful we would probably consider spending that amount of $ again. I'll take my kids to other fun places for that $. read more

Paid for a party, and it all went downhill from there. Told one thing prior to the party and told another the day of the party, added unnecessary additional stress, were rushed throughout the process, and that's how it started. While we were eating, out of no where, our "host" says "OK everyone lets sing happy birthday" with the cake lit on the back of a table that we were not even standing near and a child could obviously not reach to blow the candles out (child was still eating too). Half of the group is eating, dropped what they are doing to sing with food in their mouths, birthday girl not even by the cake, no cameras ready when we go over to the table so wax does not cover the cake. We had to blow the candles out, and re-light them with the cake near the edge of the table so she could reach... And we could take pictures. We had party bags that were individualized with names on them (each bag contained prizes special for each person). Again, the host mucked it up by handing them out randomly-- wrong gender toys, wrong age groups, wrong colors, etc. The host then tells us about a CD we can purchase from pictures their staff took during the day which also includes a website with a special code to share. Called them later in the day to purchase the CD, and told they didn't even do CD's! WTF?! These people do not have their S#!T together! All this for only $400! Never again. read more

I really enjoy taking my kids to this place, but was disappointed the other day. It was my daughter's 5th birthday and she wanted to jump and play. We got there on a Thursday afternoon at 3 and was told open play was not going on anymore. I think that is ridiculous for them to stop right when kids are getting out of school. First, we had my son's birthday party in Tacoma, WA, two people helped out all the time,include inside the play rooms and party room, too. And they asked me what was my plan? I only told them once, said we would have music chairs in here, then they started play it with kids. Besides, we got all party pictures for FREE, free download and use it. But today, we didn't get help, the person who was in the play room and party room were different. And when I told the person who was in the party room, said we would have a game in here, she said ok, and then she DISAPPEAR for 3 mins!!! Later, after I came home I found out that the pictures were CHARGE for $16. If I knew they would charge it, then I will bring my own camera. My husband and I volunteer for my 5 year old soccer team and we decided to have the end of the season party here at pump it up the web site seemed promising I made reservations a month n advance when I made the reservations I wasn't told that the don't make the food/or have a concession stand there I was told that I'd receive a phone call a day before the party to confirm the party they never called I ended up calling them the day of the party n that morning and that's when I found out that they order pizza from papa jonhs I had to try to get ahold of the soccer parents to put their order in last minute the workers at pump it up said I had to get back to them with the order in an hour when I complained about it all I got was oh ok We had the party on a Tuesday and no body else was there for a party and they still rush us Since they didn't have a concessions stand the kids juice boxes were $0.65 a box Or the got fountain water the party package allowed the kids two slices of pizza and one juice box once done with again they got water or purchase a juice box In total we spent $260 for 1hr of play n 30 mins to eat n do trophies For 4 extra pizzas 5 two little sodas from papa johns N 7 extra juice boxes But The kids had fun but Wanted to play longer All n all I think inflatable Wonderland is better the price is cheaper and the amount of play time is longer And they have a concession stand serves pizza nachos popcorn ice cream ect their pizza isn't papa johns but it's convenient I'll never have a party at pump it up very bad communication and their were no adults working there all high school kids read more

I took my 5 and 9 year old to the 'Parents Night Out', although I stayed for the entire 3 hours. We were celebrating my 5 year old birthday, and decided this was the way to go. My girls had an absolute blast! There were not too many children, and they bonded and played well together...like they had known each other for a long time. And the staff WAS WONDERFUL! Always very watchful, helpful, and made the games and craft time very fun and entertaining. I can't say enough nice things about the young ladies working there! They kept things interesting and exciting for the kids and were very, very courteous to me. The food was completely acceptable and everything was clean and orderly. I can't vouch if this is as it always is, but for us, it was special night for my girls and that is all that matters. And most importantly, I felt that they were SAFE. We had my son's 9th birthday party here. I talked to the manager one week before the party and she told me no outside food. She asked if I wanted food for the adults. The answer of course was yes. When I arrived at the party with my cake and ice cream I was told I could not bring in the ice cream only the cake. I explained I was told I couldn't bring food but not cake and ice cream. Needless to say he said there were no exceptions. Unbelievable, obviously there was a misunderstanding and not to allow me to bring in ice cream because they wanted me to buy their ice cream for 75 cents per cup. What about the $500 they collected from me at the end of the party for just 25 children? When I explained this to my guest one of the parents told me the same thing happened to her but they did make an exceptions. I wonder how many other parents were confused by this.
