We enjoyed a fabulous cooking experience with Gloria in her Fiesole home high in the hills above Florence. The class took about 4 hours, and it was a great time to visit and learn about Italy and Italian cooking. We learned how to make a semolina pasta, an egg pasta and gnocchi. We also made three sauces including basil pesto, cacio e pepe and a fresh tomato sauce. We ate everything we cooked and Gloria paired it with a wonderful local red wine. Gloria was super helpful throughout the process. She coordinated transportation to and from her home. She also provided great recommendations for guides and drivers during our time in Florence. read more
