When the last tenants moved out, they had totally trashed the property. These tenants had only been there for 12 months and we had to spend thousands just on cleaning when they moved out. The condition was so bad, two other property management companies took one look at the house and walked away. Our insurance almost dropped us because of the exterior condition. This was extremely surprising as we live in another state, can't view the house ourselves and relied on PMSI to fully manage the property. The maintenance records provided by PMSI showed very regular maintenance happening, we had no idea what the true state of the property was. Debbie has mailed me handwritten notes threatening to shut off power and sue me over a $31 utility bill. I am sorry for anyone that has to deal with these people.
