I passed the exam on my first try and I owe it all to the him. Tim taught the course and kept us engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment with Tim. Interacting with him during class was a great experience too because he shared plenty of his own real-life work in the Real Estate business which provided a clearer picture of what to expect in the future. Now, as a licensed agent, I encounter many of the same situations that Tim spoke of and I am grateful for the impact his stories had. As a Realtor for the past 18 years, I have only heard "no funds" at closing one time, and it was very frustrating. In Title One's defense, they do not control the funding. The buyer's loan officer and Realtor should have confirmed that enough time was allowed for funds to arrive before closing. Even then, wiring errors can occur... The employees at Title One have always been very thorough, easy to contact and professional. Personally, I stay in contact with the title companies, loan officers and other Realtors involved in a sale to confirm that all details are addressed before scheduling a closing. Once everything is in place, I look forward to a smooth, pleasant experience with Title One handling the closing.
