From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. We want to start off by saying that the cleaning was not great. There were many areas that were…read moremissed, even they were obviously visible (please see the photos). What aggravated us were the excuses as to why some of the work was not done properly. Due to that, we have decided to write a review and share our experience. We made a mistake even giving $100 tip. 1. We had to finish their work in the end of the day. The bathroom on our first floor was not cleaned properly. Ivan was in charge of it. The bathroom on our second floor was cleaned by a lady (we do not know her name) who did a better job. There were other clients online that had a same issue with the service provided by Ivan. 2. They are not equipped to clean a garage, yet they accepted it. Of course, then, we had the expectation that they would do a good job. Since it's been accepted, they might as well do it right. Again, Ivan was the one working on the garage. The equipment were not too difficult to clean. Ivan left the shelves and our equipment so dusty, especially the floors (and manager's comment is that they do not clean unfinished floors). Then again, why accepted it if he would not clean the floor. Please see the photos. 3. They arrived late, which support the other negative reviews online. The agreement was 11am. They arrived after 12pm. We had plans that we had to delay. We were notified at 10:29am, only half an hour before the agreed arrival. However, this is not a huge deal to us. But just want to give everyone a heads up that there is a large chance you need to wait. 4. Ivan's "walkthrough" was rushed. We understood that it was late in the afternoon, but the time of the day should not affect the service. I pointed out to him the bathroom on 1st floor, but we felt it was ignored. He was on a rush. Also, it could be a language barrier since he had a difficult time communicating in English. We pointed out the shelves with dusts (please see the photos), and same reaction of not wanting to do it. 5. The manager offered that they would return and clean the untouched areas. It's late in the afternoon, and we had to leave the house. I do not think it is fair to us to wait again. In addition to that, it is not acceptable to send the same staff (Ivan) who did not do a good job. If she offered to send the lady who did a better job, we would have considered. But she kept insisting to send Ivan back, along with the other lady - even we emphasized that we do not want him to return. Please see the photos. I would not recommend their service. We thought we would have a great first impression, however we did not. We are trying to find a good cleaning company since we are new in the area and just recently moved from a different county. Also most especially, we need a consistent one because we are buying another house. We wanted a professional service. Unfortunately, we are disappointed. Update and response to the manager: 1. It is NOT true we are satisfied. Clearly based on our review, we are extremely disappointed. 2. There are no "agreements" discussed prior to the cleaning. They left our curtains, window boarders, mirror behind the bathroom door, master's bedroom side table, toilet bowl of 1st floor bathroom, shelves and multiple areas untouched. 3. There are three residents in the house who witnessed the poor service. Therefore, they have the right to submit their reviews, regardless of the number of point of contacts. 4. Regarding the manager's comment about responding to her prior writing the reviews - we have had multiple conversations via text. Yet, the manager is not listening to our feedback and preference. As mentioned, she kept insisting to send the staff who did a poor job. She should send a different one. She did not grant our request.

The pictures listed the required cleaning, especially the *chandeliers* - (See the attached DROPBOX link that was provided to Rosie's before she accepted the project). So, I understood when Rosie's raised the hourly rate from $165 to $200 after their review of the work. Only two of the three expected Rosie's employees arrived. I showed the staff the house because their office had not described the anticipated work. They seemed put off and said they had to call the office. Within twenty minutes, the office called me and told me they could not clean the chandeliers. Cleaning the chandeliers was a required item agreed to before the scheduled cleaning. if Rosie's couldn't provide this type of cleaning, that was understandable, but I required a company to clean the chandeliers. When I explained the pre-condition of the job, Rosie's agreed they would be able to clean the chandeliers. I explained the work required in detail and provided pictures to Rosie's before them accepting the job. WHY AGREE TO CLEAN THE CHANDELIERS IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT EQUIPPED TO PERFORM THE TASK? Initially, I was quoted one price, but the night before the scheduled cleaning, I was told the cost would be doubled. I was also asked to pay via Zelle before any services were provided. At no point during our initial discussions was I informed that the first cleaning would cost more. Another concern was communication. We had been texting back and forth, and I provided my phone number. When I asked for a phone call to discuss the details, I was told she could not call because she was at home. This, combined with the last-minute request for payment before services and the sudden price increase, made me uncomfortable and concerned that the situation might not be legitimate. Scheduling was also frustrating. I repeatedly explained that I was only available on Mondays, yet I was continually pressured to accept a Tuesday appointment. After finally agreeing on a Monday, I was later informed that she would be coming on Tuesday instead of the day we had agreed upon. When I decided to cancel due to these concerns, I was then asked to reconsider. At that point, I was told she would honor the original price quote and come on Monday as we had initially agreed. While I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation, the multiple last-minute changes regarding pricing, payment requirements, communication, and scheduling had already caused me to lose confidence in the service. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unreliable, which led me to look elsewhere.

The house I used Seneida to clean was a real mess. The previous owner did not take care of the…read morehouse, and on top of that renovation guys left a mess of thick dust. So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean).
