When I reached out to confirm the date/time a few days before the appointment, we did have to move it back a couple hours due to another appointment they had scheduled at the same time. The two cleaners arrived 10 minutes early and started getting to work. They finished in 2 hours and the placed looked really good. (I have a cat that sheds a lot creating dust bunnies but you couldn't even tell she had lived in the place.) I talked to one of the maintenance workers a couple days later and he even commented how clean the apartment looked.

None was done. When I lifted up rugs it was still filthy. It was as if they pushed around things. Some mirrors still spotty.
