This is my first time using Glorious Laundry Service and let's just say this will be the ONLY laundry service I'll be using from this day forth! Initially, I was embarrassed to be giving all of my quarantine laundry to them to be wash, but Ms Ayana ensured me it was absolutely not an issue. Pick up and drop off was easy and on schedule, which was amazing because working remotely and have a child who goes to school remotely is not easy at all, but this service alleviated the strain. When I received my cleaned laundry, the smell was AMAZINGLY BREATHTAKING!!!! I could smell the freshness and cleanliness through the laundry bags. Let's talk about my towels, sheets, and comforters... they smell soooo good, and are fluffed to perfection! I dont know where to begin. This was such an excellent service that I felt moved to write a review. For starters they have so many affordable packages considering that your laundry is picked up from your home. I even had items that I was nervous would shrink but there is an option for these items to be hang dried and delivered with hangers. My clothes look and smell amazing! The pick up times are super flexible which for a busy nurse can be so helpful. Ayanna is very accommodating, pleasant with excellent customer service.
