I did refer to Yelp to get a better idea of the service they provide, and I'm elated to confirm that the parade of five star reviews are absolutely correct. As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. My husband is MUCH cleaner than me and has had this service once before and loved it. I never got it together enough to actually clear out my car before I could get it clean. After an hour of clearing it out (I know, there was a lot of crap in there), I was READY for the cleaning! They notified us when they were on their way and took almost 3 hours cleaning both our cars! Getting a full detail done at Future Image took care of the smell entirely and left my car looking brand new!
