Derek was so friendly and helpful. When I dropped off my 2007 Toyota Camry it was a complete mess. When I picked it up a few hours later it looked like a brand new car. He did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. read more

My dogs are a big part of my life. I take them for a ride as much as possible. With that being said my truck tends to have what I like to call canine confetti everywhere. Derek did a great job of cleaning my truck. You can't even tell that my dogs were in there. He also is great with his response time. I have called several places to get information on services with no response. That is not the case with Derek. He even messaged me the day before to confirm my appointment. I will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future. read more

If you need your car detailed, I highly suggest you go see Mr. Bennett! Service is exactly from beginning to end and he even ask you if you want a receipt lol (inside joke). Thanks for taking care of the rides! read more

Looks like they cleared some critical reviews so we have to put a honest one back…read more These guys are not easy to work with. Chris has some problems taking responsibility if any mistake is made. Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

Update after these horrible people quoted 3-4000 dollar quote they came up with starting my car…read morealone after 2 weeks. I went to a real honest mechanic and spent 600 dollars and was back on the road, running smooth. Come to find out they use cheap parts, and my problem was caused by the previous repair from Marcinos. No honesty just a scumbag operation. If they pay to have this removed I will repost over and over everywhere I can.

For the Pittsburgh area, both Clean Interiors and Northside Carpet Cleaning were booked, which were recommended by my handyman, so I went to the yellow pages to find this company. Double checked (as it is possible to make a mistake), but this is the company I meant to yelp about, and that did a very, very poor job! Even the customer service lady on the phone hung up on me abruptly mid-sentence as I tried to confirm (although, in calling back, someone else answered and made an excuse for the hangup... which I at the time accepted) I haven't received any e-mail or phone calls, not quite sure what the owner means by "privately". Now, I must admit, I can't speak about the 100% guarantee, as I never really inquired about it. I simply hired another company, and they did a good job on the late notice for a comparable price. As far as the refunding ... sorry guy, you can't buy my yelp review off! It'd be better to offer the service for the next round of cleaning at a discount-- in hope that I write an updated review based on significant improvement. I stand by my review, until convinced otherwise..
