Gene came to my apartment building after assessing the damage to my car by text message. My dent seemed more difficult than most because the body line of the car was involved. BMW advised a full bumper exchange which would have cost $1800. Gene gave me a quote over the phone, which was a fraction of my previous quote. Somehow, he managed to fix the dent, as well as all of my other dings and dents with ease! His secretary Jennifer was able with schedule a time without any issues, and is always available by text message. There was a noticeable dent (shopping cart) on the side of our car. I texted DRN with a few pictures and received a quick response and estimate. Scheduling was easy...they were able to get someone out within 2 days. I was not aware the tech comes to you, so that was a nice surprise. When Gene arrived, he examined the dent and the rest of the car and found 3 more dents. Ugh. He was upfront about the cost and the pricing was very fair...all in, we paid about $375 to have all four dents removed. Gene spent between 2.5 & 3 hours working on the car. It seems that there are few honest people out there these days, but Gene is one of them. I asked Gene to meet up and take a look at a few dents I received on the roof of my Civic. After taking a quick look and measurement he determined the deepest dent could not be worked out as efficiently as the car deserved, being that it is brand new. He explained how the metal would never return to its original form and the paint would worsen. He then referred me down another route that would be more efficient for the vehicle and my pocketbook. Although, he did work out the smaller dents, but when I offered payment he refused considering he could do nothing for the major problem, and wouldn't feel right accepting payment.. I had an enormous 3 foot wide dent in the back of my Flex. There was a space between the handle to open the back and the actual metal of the tailgate. My goal was to close that gap ... Not make the tailgate perfect. When I called, the man explained the various costs, set my expectations and requested I send a picture of the damage. He warned me that the dent may be challenging but he would do his best. The quote was between $200 and $400 depending on the amount of time the dent was going to take. He arrived and was incredibly professional explaining the steps necessary to complete the task. You could tell he had done this numerous times because he was so efficient. He literally did such a great job that I couldn't see any problem with my tailgate except for the actual scrape that I requested he did not fix. The repair was AMAZING.
