I strongly advise against using this salon for any bridal services. My experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Initially, I booked an appointment for both makeup and hair. However, weeks later, I received a confusing email stating that my appointment had been canceled because I allegedly failed to respond to another email. The email stated, "We even told you that we could do your hair, your mother's hair, and your maid of honor's hair." However, I never made those appointments. I only made an appointment for myself. So, I don't know what they were talking about. Additionally, I have yet to ever find the original email; I only have a little screenshot that they sent me. I had been trying to get a hold of them for weeks, and finally, they reached out to me just to inform me that I had been canceled, and it's somehow my fault. I think this is very unfair because I've been the only one making attempts to communicate, and then she alleged that I was unresponsive, which is very inaccurate. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, it was nearly impossible to get a response. When I finally did receive an email, it was weeks after I had initially booked the appointment, only to find out it had been canceled. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. I don't recommend this salon for any bride; it's just a waste of time and very frustrating . read more

My daughter finally got her dream haircut and color and she couldn't be happier! I had previously damaged her hair by using a box dye of red color. Maggie was able to correct my mistake and get the exact color she wanted. So healthy and beautiful! I'll definitely be back for myself and other daughter. read more

Disappointed in my makeup for my wedding. I upgraded to airbrush so there would be less tugging on my skin and expected waterproof. Their website said it lasts up to 16 hours. The makeup artist was nice. She didn't know anything that I wanted. They changed staffing last minute on me. I don't think she knew I paid for airbrush and waterproof. She definitely didn't know I already paid for everything with gratuity. There was only 30 seconds of airbrush after she put a few layers of makeup on by hand. I think she did that because I mentioned the airbrush and waterproof. The makeup was coming off within 5 hours. I wiped it all off with just a wet wash cloth. None of it was waterproof and I paid extra for this and for airbrush. Don't waste your money with an upgrade. Also, my brows were not dark enough. I told them that the wedding was on the beach in the sun. it looked like I had no makeup on at all. At this point I feel like I wasted my money and should have done my own makeup. Save your money. As a result of poor makeup my wedding photos are also a disappointment. UPDATE: this is the response from their response on google review. They took no ownership and lied. You are a liar. Here are some photos of the upgrade to Airbrush and I have a receipt that I did pay for the upgrade. This change happened 2 months before the date. It was only 30 seconds of airbrush. The rest was by hand. The airbrush is not worth the price. The makeup used lasted only 5 hours. I had better makeup that lasted longer than what they used. I booked the appointment and then asked for an upgrade to airbrush. Can you count? No continually of having to update the contract. You did it once. Once again. Can you count? There were no bridal parties. There was just me. I was nervous about the wedding and had some kind of trust in you as an artist to make sure it worked. Came into the salon in search of getting cool white blonde highlights. I was assured within 2 visits I would be able to have the desired look and was pretty excited! After first visit everything was going well, color was looking great and I went ahead with the second visit 6 weeks later. After 2nd visit the front looked ok but I was never shown back of head. The highlights are more golden blonde than white blonde. Sadly when I messaged the stylist I was told because I said it was good and left instead of telling her it wasn't right there was nothing she could do. Additionally I was even charged to dry my hair, reason being was because her clients have long hair and it is time consuming to dry so she charges extra...hmm was not informed of this prior. Money is not a problem as long as I'm receiving what I came in for. As well she states that product and rent is high so she has to account for that. Initially it was, I will do what it takes to make you happy with your hair only in truth to be of you don't inform me before you leave your on your own. Again I was not shown the back of my head... These ladies were so fun & bubbly, helping to make the morning and afternoon with my girls so much fun! They did an outstanding job making sure every girl in my bridal party and family felt beautiful and made any changes they wanted.
