My hair is still soft, unlike super bleached styles I've had before. I've gone from always having my hair in messy buns to being down curled or straightened (which is more effort than I usually give). The salon is clean and well lit. There's always parking upfront (parallel parking and I are not friends). She offers a beverage/snack when you're there. She doesn't skimp on the nicer styling products.
