I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.

I wouldn't realize this until today, I returned to him for a fill and he started just started filing and left the same color on my nails. I stopped him explaining I wanted the clear dip filled and he said no you pay to remove we did color dip last time. I explained I didn't want that, he did offer not to charge me to take them off but during the fix I asked him to fix something and he said, "you want to be here til midnight?" With that I let him finish he put the shine coat on and said your done!! I said no oil or wash he said do what you want!!! So I went to the front to pay and the owner says how are they, I showed him the nails he said OH! We can take the paint of the side of your finger if you want, I was almost in tears and let him know I'd just do it at home! I did explain to him being in the service industry I wanted to still tip but that I would not be returning! Also please download the Vietnamese translator on your phone because the hour I was there he and three other nail techs talked crap and laughed about me!
