I went here today with my cousin and enjoyed the service. They have a notice on the door stating that they'll be renovating soon and I'm excited to see what they have to offer in the future! They were VERY busy even after just opening so I would recommend making an appointment or beating them to the building if you wanna be in and out. My manicure with gel polish was only $35 which is a steal for these days. They offer free sodas and water while waiting which is also very nice. read more

They messed my nails up on purpose and would not make it right, but told me I need to come every two weeks, I get the dipping nails and they are most expensive and last longer, which is why i dont mind paying more. Holy crap I hate giving bad reviews but not even 2 days after getting dip powder manicure done, the clear coat began PEELING badly! It was my first and last time coming here. I was given an overlay on two nails. The overlay is uneven on my thumb... leaving an unsightly dent in it. There was a hardened bubble in the dip powder that the technician left... My nails look absolutely horrible. I don't even want to go back to get them soaked off. Oh and they use nasty old nail files with somebody else's shavings on them.... disgusting !! read more

Timmy, John, or Ty are the go-to people in this shop, from my experience, as far as quality. They will take their time and do neat work. Kim did this set, and she did such an awful rushed job. I spent $73 on my nails and I still have to pay someone else to fix them because she still could not get the shape neat and correct after I'd complained about them twice! But before that, one lady was basically telling me that what i wanted was a mood change color (which it wasn't) and kept repeating herself like i was some idiot. Bill made one nail crooked and the second guy filed INTO my nail bed.. my nails look alright now (which took 2 hours) but they essentially did my nails twice and still charged me $50 because of their incompetence.. and because they were filed and sanded twice my fingers feel like i slammed every single one in a door. If I could rate lower than this, I WOULD! This review is based on the service I received and how I was handled when I politely expressed (as well as showed them) what I was not satisfied with. I took my daughter to get her nails done on Saturday and while I was there, I decided to get a FILL. "Neat" (seat #3), the one who I like to go to was not there. There was another man, "Quia" (#7) took over. After I was done, I looked at my nails and I told him I didn't like them. The nail was not shaped evenly and there was too much acrylic on some of my nails-making them like bulky. He said to come back in Sunday afternoon. Due to my religion, Sundays I am at church. I asked if he works Monday. He TOLD me YES, to come and Neat will fix it. SOOOOO, here it is MONDAY and I called them. They said come in. When I got there, I had to re explain. I showed Neat the issues. HE AGREED, it needed to be fixed. They then started talking to each other in their language and one of the ladies there got super aggressive. I asked if there was a problem, Neat told me NO, but she said in order to fix my nails I have to pay them $60 but they can do it for $20 because "it's their policy" and I should've said something Saturday. I DID, and was told to wait for Neat. I explained this and the lady started rolling her eyes and mumbling in her language. I expressed that I was given a directive and I don't think it's right for me to pay $100 for a FILL (they overcharged my daughter's basic full set too, but that wasn't a main issue) and be charged again when THEY messed up. And if it were "policy", I FOLLOWED PROTOCOL!! They weren't willing to fix anything. So I left. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more

this use to be one of the best places to get nails done .. now I wouldn't recommend it . I paid 75 bucks for nails that were uneven and to much acrylic making them to thick .. the polish wasn't a smooth finish. I ask sever times to fix it and the end result was just as bad as the first. and you will no doubt get backlash if you speak out about repairing what isn't correct. i have continued to go back hoping the services would improve.. OK so we went to Glossy Nails to get a full set and pedicure and it was horrible because they messed up my nails. She rushed to get finished with my nails and she didn't even clean my hands up after. She basically act like she didn't care about my nails or my business there. She did a great job on my mom but she didn't do well on me. My nails are pretty and stuff but it wasn't what I wanted. I got the color that I wanted but I didn't get the shape or length because basically I told her to cut down and she went up and basically that costed me $35. The nail tech did a great job and was honest about accidentally over charging me and gave me back my money. The place is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The prices are a high but worth it and it's always packed with customers. They open at 10 am and I got the there at 10:20 and it was packed with customers. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. It was recommended by a co-worker and I appreciate that she told me about it. As soon as I walked in, I was given a warm greeting. It's a Saturday so they were busy but I did not have to wait and was seated immediately. I received a gel manicure by Leelee and I loved every minute of it! I have been a customer for over a year at this nail shop. This evening I went for a pedicure. I was seated at one of the pedicure chairs and instructed to put my feet in the water. I always try to test the water in case its too warm or too cold! The water was scalding hot and burned three toes and the top left side of my foot! There was a lot of staring, a couple of apologies, but the staff basically didn't care! They acted like it was MY fault! My foot is still slightly red and tender! This was my favorite nail shop but today changed all of that I'll never return back to Glossy nails. This was the first time Tim did my nails after he asked what I want done today I said refill and regular polish I don't know if bc he had to drill the previous shellac polish off he may was wanting me to get the same thing as it would cost more so his energy was completely off and he asked again do I want gel I said no Regular I noticed as he started polishing it definitely wasn't the best polishing skills (he has done my daughter nails a few weeks ago (reg polish) and done much better than my service I received today) then when he went over my nails with the clear my right middle finger make a noticeable reddish smear from the top so I started thinking Ima see if he fix this before I complaint (I had already paid as they get they money first before putting polish on ) he tried to coat it with clear again but clear don't cover a stain so I pointed at my middle finger and he tried to coat it with clear again then tried to rush me out the chair to go to drying area so I wouldn't see my nail but anyone that pay for a service will look at what they paid for that's just natural to do so as I was walking to drying area I said my nail is still messed up he yelled IT DONT MATTER I said I WANT MY NAIL DONE RIGHT and I sat down then he yelled again IT DONT MATTER but he ended up repolishing my middle finger he was gentle as he was holding my hand to repolish but purposely pinch my middle finger n slam it down under dryer then walked off for a few seconds and came back for the clear he held my hand gently but slam it back down I will never return back to that nail shop read more

Could not have had a worse experience. I was in 3/14/18 with the intent of a mani/pedi with gel nails. When I finally got to the manicure the girl insisted I do the dip. I had 2 broken nails ... so I got 2 tips and the dip. Well on thurs 3/15/18 7 if my nails popped off! After spending $62 I was not happy so I went straight from work to get them REDONE in gel.. they were closed for a private party so I had to return on fri 3/16/18 with the 8th nail popped off. I went in to tell what happened and the little check in girl said they would take care of it. When it was my turn the girl who was working on me continued to tell me it was my fault for putting my hands in water. Well I'm sorry I shower everyday and wash my hands when I go to the bathroom... then she insisted I had to take the tips off and then would not put new ones back on! I never complain I really don't. I hate cutting down businesses because everyone should succeed, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Jimmy is one of the most rude people I have ever met. I have never had any nail tech treat me as bad as he did. I was having a horrible day and was uneasy and anxious due to my grandfather being on his death bed so I wanted to relax, well this dude was the worst nail tech ever not only do my nails look awful and when I would tell him that they were uneven he would get extremely pissed , but he hurt my finger to where I can barely move it after I told him I had a "boo boo" he went and drilled the exact spot I said not to. He talked down on me the whole time saying I was putting my fingers up when they need to go down and I mean every 10 seconds he would throw my hand down and go off on me even after I moved my hand like he asked. I'm pretty positive he did my nails so crappy purposely. I have never once been told my hand is causing them to mess up for all the years I've gotten my nails done. If he was having a bad day sorry but you made mine worse and caused me tears and anxiety even more .
