I called the company to make sure everything was okay, and they kept me updated after contacting our service operator. The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem. It was discovered that our 28 year old septic field was no longer working. George kept us informed, describing in detail everything you wanted to know about replacing our drain fields.
