They offered various payment options, and made sure I knew about the county's rebate program so I could apply for money back. Definitely worth the price! Unfortunately, a large snow storm came when it was time for my appointment. They still attempted to get to my house, but because the road was not passable they rescheduled and came back out as soon as vehicles could make it through the road. I called the company to make sure everything was okay, and they kept me updated after contacting our service operator. The truck arrived about 50 minutes after the scheduled time, but we had freed our whole afternoon so it wasn't a problem.
