Donnie and son came in to try and figure out why our well water had suddenly started turning yellow. He didn't come in here trying to sell me on any equipment, or filters, or softeners (although they do specialize in those things) or anything, he came in to ID the problem and fix it. He and his son immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Turns out it was an old water tank that had lived long past its expected lifespan. Again, he didn't try to sell me an new one, but rather tried to fix the old one. When I decided that I would rather have him just replace it with a new one, he was able to knock it out within an hour. The cost to have the issue diagnosed and eventually replaced was way less than I was expecting to have to pay that day. He took the time to explain how the entire system worked and answered all of my annoying questions. Their work was quick, efficient and very professional. When my aged well pump goes out in the future, I know who I am going to call to replace it!!!
