I had full movement on my forehead after 2-3 weeks, so I called and texted and they are not returning calls or responding. They had me pay them directly so they can save on their Groupon fees and have been reported. I was advised to request a refund on my credit card. Terrible customer service and complete lack of following through on their promise of a touch up if movement still existed. For all I know, they could have injected water instead of Xeomin. Stay far away and find a reputable med spa.
