She's very attentive to detail and sweet. The chair I was laying on had a heated pad which was nice while I was getting my brows waxed. She uses a hard wax, which is supposed to not be as painful. It didn't bother me. The lady who checked me was also very kind, and offered me water when my service was finished. The waiting room is relaxing with a bunch of skin care options to purchase too. They had nothing but great things to say about the facility and the staff (they've had many spa days and some weren't very good, so their rave review says a lot) They had manicures with Mollie who was professional, listened to their requests and was personable. They had pedicures (Mollie and Cheyenne) which were great. They massaged the legs and feet generously. The staff were friendly and the chairs were very relaxing and comfortable. They had head spa treatment with Bryce and Bryanna. Bryanna did a phenomenal job. Numerous applications of oils and moisturizers were applied and neck and should massages were also applied. It was very relaxing with customized aroma therapy. Bryce was very gentle and pleasant. The treatment, while very good was not quite as extensive as Bryanna provided. They had the Swedish massages with Tess and they raved about the massages. She knew the problem areas without having to be explained to her but she also listened to requests. After each body area was completed, it was covered with a hot wet towel and a blanket to keep the heat in. The heated beds were very comfortable and relaxing. Tess was a shoulder and neck expert - the best parts of the massage. The entire spa day took 5 1/2 hours. Based on what both my wife and daughter-in-law related, they would absolutely go back to Mantra!

We have enjoyed spa treatments all over the world and this one sits at the top with the very best, honestly - it was an overall lovely experience. The spa itself has a great location - walking distance downtown with nearby restaurants & shops. It is beautifully built within an old mill and they have done an artful job to maintain the unique original architecture while building-in modern touches. The treatment rooms are very nicely decorated in soothing tones with creative accents. The staff were ALL so friendly and personable.
