By far the most amazing eyelash extension experience I have ever experienced. I recently moved to VA from NJ where I had been getting my lashes done for years. I was so hesitant about going anywhere hear but I came across this place. Not only was it super easy to make an appointment, Nicole's location is great and her room is adorable. She was so helpful in figuring out what was the best way to continue doing my lashes and she talked with me about every way to keep caring for me and have them continue to look fabulous (which no one had done before). In addition, the actual process was fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable, used pads to keep my bottom lashes down so it wasn't just tape to skin, and really did an amazing job. I have been to many places in Charlottesville, DC, and NYC to have bikini and Inbetweenie waxes. I have red hair and therefore my skin is more sensitive (medically proven fact). Nicole is the only person to remove my hair without my skin being torn or breaking out later. I went to her at City Spa for many years. Nicole was absolutely wonderful! I got my eyelashes extended for graduation pictures, and she did such a great job that I came back a few weeks later for a fill-in before my graduation ceremony. Her prices were more than reasonable, and she's very flexible with timing so she made sure I was able to get in the day before each event to ensure they looked perfect the day of. She was so knowledgeable about technique and care, explaining the entire process for extensions/tinting, which I'd never done before.
