They always went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for or give suggestions if the item was not available. very friendly and welcoming me when I entered the store. The new store manager Tommy does NOT know what he is doing , much less manage a store, he's rude and condescending, hardly there. Always gone by 3pm. He is never available when needed.Michaels if you want to keep this location up and running you need to get rid of him. when your assistant manager leaves abruptly after being there for over 5 years, that says a lot about your store manager! Parking: Its Old Town Spring so assume you are going to have to walk to get to the gems of the area. Value: So good. We painted for over an hour. Including paint, good conversation, and a painted piece to take home it was $14.99 per piece. Extremely worthwhile value and a great way to kill time and beat the heat in good aircon. Service: The owner, I assume was really sweet and kind. She was a pleasure to talk with and so genuine. Big win, I will absolutely return.

I started going at the very beginning of my stained glass journey and was initially shy about asking for advice and tips on the most basic concepts, but the friendly people were eager to help! They even brought me back to the shop to demonstrate some cutting concepts for me when I was deciding what type of cutter would be best for me (I love my Toyo). In addition to supplies, Cousin's offers classes and shop time at an extremely reasonable price where you can use their tools and buy supplies as needed. They offer classes and workshops for Tiffany and Leaded techniques as well as glass fusing.
