As…read morea homeschooler, I find a lot of manipulatives here that are pretty useful: i.e. place value, time & money, word and vocabulary building, etc. There's an enormous assortment of workbooks, games, and STEM products adequate for any classroom - whether home or institutional. Albeit easy for someone new to the world to become overwhelmed. The staff seem friendly, although not many are super versed in the educational aspect of what the store hosts (example - I called asking for pentominoes and they were ALL clueless), so I'd most certainly recommend going armed with enough knowledge of what you're looking for before stepping inside. You'll leave less frustrated. Oh, and another piece of advice...it's definitely not cheap and many of the products are packaged for multiple children. So if you have one or two children and not an entire classroom of 20+, I'd suggest paying attention to what you grab in store or ordering less quantities online. That said, there are plentiful options to which I doubt you'll be disappointed. Just be ready to spend some $$$...

It's understandable when the store is busy but I waited 10 minutes in line while they helped other people who just walked up to the counter. When I asked if I was in the correct line, they finally acknowledged me. I'll look elsewhere for supplies or order online. Before I start I was emailed to attend the sips and ghoul's event on 10/24 that I RSVP'd for with the promise of 20% off, sips and treats which based on that invitation it's a dead giveaway that I am a loyal Kendra Scott customer and fan of our very own Klein, TX alumni. The store was neatly organized and initially the young man in the front notified us of the sale and what was excluded but as we walked in as I was on a mission to find a piece it seems like the employee was so bothered. I came in specifically to find a piece of jewelry that my daughter requested for her birthday and obviously spend some money. I am sorry but I have pricier, higher end pieces with genuine diamonds and I still HUMBLE myself to respect everyone in the store no matter what they wear, it wasn't until we decided to go with what looked to us the youngest employee there that managed to provide us with the best service that this store can offer. The young lady was patient and assisted me in just making a bracelet for my daughter that matches her necklace, she seemed like the only soul that was happy in this location so I was more than happy with my purchase WITH HER! Once I went to the register another associate assisted us with such mid-level customer service, I couldn't wait to leave and that is when we noticed the tiny table of mini cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzel sticks no sips! This would be a every different review if I has not experienced other unfortunate, less-than satisfactory service but it seems like this is the norm here. I think I will stick to online shopping, saves me from dealing with the staff here. Perhaps City- Center would be a better choice.

After months of attempting to locate the right sized replacement bulbs, I needed to replace the lighted base, so I searched nearby ceramics shops. I selected and visited this store and was excited to get started on my project; however, I left the store with the impression that I was a bother, rather than a potential new customer. I apparently "took up 2 parking spots" (of 3 or 5), was referred to as "one of those Christmas people" looking to repair or replace an item and was asked "Where did you get that, a garage sale"? At that point, I was happy to leave with the ceramic base and light kit and although firing the base is included in the price "after Christmas", of course, I will instead visit a different store to complete the project. What a shame - I had hoped to revisit this store and begin additional ceramics projects here due to the proximity to my home and my interest in rekindling interest in ceramics since my recent retirement after a 40-year corporate career. I am sad to have to post a negative review for a local, small business during this economy, but am unable to stop thinking about the treatment I received and feel obligated to share.

I showed her my sketch with approximate measurements and she rendered my concept to a 3D model. Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.
