We had an incredible time on our trip with FL Limo and Coach. Booking was very simple and easy. The price point was excellent and they had many options. We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked a trip months in advanced. Cancelled a mere hour later. Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. They do not provide anything besides an abled bodied driver and loosely written contract. don't think about canceling or you will pay for your initial booking irregardless. The staff is inconsistent and I inconsiderate for their customers. If you want someone to take your money and provide nothing in return then this is the place for you. Larry our driver was amazing! He was knowledgeable and drove responsibly. For 6 hours we toured wineries and he took us to some great places. The only downside was the Diplomat we reserved was very dated. The A/C was loud, parts were wobbly, and my seatbelt didn't always work. However, it was a great price and I didn't have to drive so it was fantastic. We would use them again the next time we are in town. read more

Awful customer service... I called to ask Jen a question and I got attacked by her within a few mins.. she was so defensive and very rude. I was trying to be polite and ask why we couldn't get a refund. She said IF we would have asked she would have told us the cancellation policy. The company should have to tell all customers before booking and giving card information especially if their policy is no refunds.... If she would have handled this properly and explained it politely to us we would have been fine. Awful and very disappointed by how she treated me on the phone. Very happy with Finger Lakes Limousine...we rented the Ford Transit van for my buddy's bachelor party on Keuka Lake. The tour took us to various wineries, breweries and distilleries. Mike was our driver and he was extremely professional. He was a very safe driver, early and on time to all our places and caring. He was also dressed professionally. Mike allowed us play music and was a kind gentleman to talk to. Jen was so helpful and accommodating from the office side. She was perfect at being honest with her pricing and setting up how we wanted to go about things. Their prices I thought were very affordable. The process to book limousine service with Finger Lakes Limo was quick and easy. Jen the reservations agent, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our driver Connie was fantastic. She arrived early, was polite and courteous, and helpful. We booked an Escalade which they say seats six plus a driver. It does, but it is tight in the back row. If you have a long trip or are dressed for a wedding, consider a van. I would definitely book through Finger Lakes Limo again. read more

Horrible. Unfortunately our trip was cancelled because of coronavirus and travel restrictions out of our control. Jennifer said they would not be issuing refunds and that they didn't plan to change their policy because "a couple of people got sick". She was unprofessional and awful during what has been a very stressful and overwhelming time for most of us! I booked for two days of limo rides to wineries. They offered us a one year credit to come back but unfortunately none of the people in the group can return or do this trip again. I am horrified at the was I was treated by this company. They are not flexible at all or willing to work with you. If you book a trip with them, you better be 100% positive you'll make your trip. My advice: find someone else with morals. I highly recommend Finger Lakes Limo for your transportation needs. I hired FLL for our wedding to transport guests from the hotel to our wedding venue. I reached out to multiple shuttle companies and FLL was the most reasonably priced and very responsive. I worked with Jen for the contract and to coordinate all of the logistics. Wonderful time this past weekend during an 8-hour Cayuga/Seneca wine tour. We were in the large SUV (the diplomat) and our driver was Philip. The ride was very spacious and comfortable (for 4 people) and Philip was so wonderful! He was familiar with the wineries, gave great recommendations (especially for lunch!), held doors open, carried our packages, took photos when asked, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. When my transportation cancelled on me the week of my wedding, Jen went above and beyond to rearrange her drivers' schedule so that they could ensure I made it to my own wedding, while other companies wrote me off very quickly with how short notice my request was. We had an awful experience with this company. A big group of us headed up to Ithaca during the summer of 2008 to welcome back our friends who were returning home from the Domican Republic, and we hired a limo bus from Finger Lakes Limo for a wine tour. The party bus we received initially was fantastic, but as we were in the very first winery, the driver came in and informed us that the vehicle had broken down and that they would need to send another, but that it would be over an hour (we booked the car for 5 hours). Luckily we were within walking distance to another winery, so we were able to head there while we waited. After an hour, the owner showed up driving a large van, the type you might take as a shuttle to the airport. Because we were stuck and it had enough room to fit everyone, we took the van for the remaining time, having lost an hour with the wait at a winery we had not intended on visiting initially. The driver allowed us to stay an extra half an hour at the end but this wasn't enough in our minds to make up for the fact we were no longer in our fancy, expensive ride. When we returned home, I received the bill for this trip and shockingly, they still tried to charge us the full limo coach cost for the Econoline van we spent most of the day in, which was well over $1,000. After a few weeks of heated arguments over the phone (during which I was told I was "lucky to be given anything at all") the owner agreed to discount the price about $300, a deal we just took to be done with the ordeal. It's an isolated incident and yes, we were able to finish out our day, but it was a huge inconvenience, a huge downgrade, and the way we were treated afterward was one of the best examples of bad business I've ever encountered. There are many other limo companies around the area; if you're looking to book for wine tour/etc, look elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately there was miscommunication between the limo office and the driver. The driver, Phil, showed up on time but with the wrong vehicle, I had paid to upgrade to a 8 person limo from a 4 person diplomat and phil showed up with the diplomat. We ended up with only 5 people and I said the diplomat was fine as long as I get my refund but the office insisted phil bring the diplomat back and get the stretch limo....so our day started on a bad foot and started late because of the mix up. We were very courteous about everything but when the day starts late, the limos air nor radio worked and phil didn't seem to care or try to fix it, and then phil seemed to get annoyed with us and rush us at the end, it made a great day mediocre. read more

Sorry to say this was a very unpleasant experience we had with " Tim the bald guy" as he wanted to be known. We had a 4 hour wine tour around Lake Seneca that was arranged through our hotel. Tim talked incessantly about all the people he knew and acted as though this was his show! I could go on about so many details but the worst part of the experience was that hew would not shut up and followed us in to the wineries and hovered over us as though he owned the place. At one point he felt it necessary to take us to a brewery to show us the art work in the bathrooms. That was the straw that broke the camels back for me. By the end our tour I was just plain angry. Four hours trapped with a man who had no clue about social graces and could not read any social cues. My husband and I told the staff at our hotel how displeased we were so that future guests would not be subjected to the "Tim Show". I would be highly surprised if he has not received numerous complaints. On our beautiful trip to wine country, Tim was the low point of our experience. read more

We had Joan as our driver last week for our Wine Tour. She was AMAZING! I had 2 wineries booked. Joan called another 2 and squeezed us in for tastings! My mother became ill at the first winery. Joan took her back to the house, helped her inside, & picked her back up in time for the 3rd winery visit. My friends and I planned a girls weekend and decided to reserve a limo for the day. We were told they didn't have any limos left, but had a minivan. We were told that the same rules still applied as it would if we were riding in a limo - still allowed to drink, etc. Once we loaded everything into the van, we were talking and getting to know the driver. One of my girlfriends who was sitting in the front passenger seat asked the driver if it was okay for us to drink in the vehicle - he tells us no, it's illegal. I told him that the woman I spoke to on the phone said it was okay, he then pulled the vehicle over, and raised his voice wanting to know who told me that and it wasn't true - he had been ticketed in the past. We asked if the rules were different if we rode in an actual limo and he said no, that it was still illegal. Then he proceeds to tell us that he wants us to have a good time so go ahead and drink - awkward! When we told our driver about one of the wineries we decided on, he proceeded to tell us how he knew someone that worked there and would bring us in and introduce us. He did so, but then continued to hang around inside the winery. While making a purchase, I saw him standing at the wine tasting counter talking to another one of my friends asking her who the wine belonged to on the counter. She told him, he asked her if she was going to finish it, she said no, and then he proceeded to finish off the wine in the tasting glass. He then proceeded to finish off another tasting that was on the counter that we were not going to finish! Awkward again. Other patrons also witnessed this and made mention of it to us. We asked to go to another winery, which he proceeded to take us to and then came in with us and hung around. We were then keeping an eye on him to see if he was going to continue to drink anything, but he did not. We then decided to go to dinner - he drops us off, we go inside and put our name in for a table. While we're in the bar area waiting to be seated, I see him walk in the front door of the restaurant. I'm thinking to myself maybe he's going to order dinner for himself or something. But then he looks over toward our direction, comes into the bar area, stands there and starts talking to us. We all were feeling pretty uncomfortable at this point, but then our table became ready so he went back to the car. In addition to these things happening, he was also acting very strange in the vehicle. We'd be listening to music and then as we started talking and laughing, he would turn the radio down so he could hear our conversations. It got to the point where we were texting each other while we're in the car! We'd be singing to one of the songs and he'd change the channel. But the worst part was that he was having inappropriate conversations with my friend who was sitting in the front passenger seat. Talking about his sexual relations with his ex-wife, asking her if she was married and then putting his hand on her leg, touching her arm. She was afraid to say anything to him, because he was in control of the vehicle and was thinking of our safety. We also wouldn't be able to get a vehicle/driver replacement as I was told when I made the reservation that our van was the last vehicle available. So after all was said and done, I contacted the owner for Finger Lakes Limo, told him the whole story. He was shocked to say the least. He offered me a 20% discount on a future rental. I told him I wanted half my money back which I thought was pretty reasonable considering the circumstances. He told me he wanted to look into the matter and promised me he would get back to me by the end of the week. I never heard back. So I proceeded to contact my credit card company to get a full credit. After a few weeks, I was successful in getting a full credit for this "service." A few weeks later, I received an e-mail from the owner. He stated that he was going to call the HR Department where I work and tell them that I was drinking in a vehicle and I should know that this is illegal. Really?! It's a limo! If that were the case this guy wouldn't even have a business! I then in fact got a call from my HR Department and they tell me that they received a strange call from someone claiming that I was drinking in a limo. This has nothing to do with my employment, it wasn't on company time, I wasn't belligerent! So I told them the whole story as well - let's just say my employer will never use them either. Awful! To start with the limo driver left his phone some wheres so we had to turn around and go get it. I payed the limo company to have a limo til 3:30am. At 1:00am the driver leaves me on the street when I was the one who had the contract not the people inside. He told the owner of the company that I wouldn't get in the limo. If I paid for the service and still have the limo for an hour and a half than I decide where I am going. I even tip the driver ahead of time and was gonna give him more. read more
